SWIMMING POOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION - YOU CAN SEE 3 PHOTOS FROM THE ARCHITECT'S PROJECT; THESE ARE RENDERINGS BUT GIVE A GOOD IDEA OF WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE IN THE END (no green grass as shown in the project, but local stone all around the pool).<br><br>*Saltwater pool with whirlpool, gazebo with outdoor kitchen area<br>The space<br>This complex of trulli is divided into 3 fully independent cottages:<br><br>TRULLO VERDE features a suite with a double bedroom and a private terrace accessible from the bedroom, a large living room with a sofa bed (for 1 or 2 people, preferably children), 1 kitchen with a washing machine, and 1 bathroom; there is also a private outdoor area at the entrance with a barbecue and parking.<br><br>TRULLO VIOLA features 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a living room with 1 single bed (which can be used to accommodate a fifth person in this apartment) that doubles as a sofa, and access to the second bathroom, as well as a large kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Outdoor area featuring a patio with a beautiful view, a barbecue, and parking.<br><br>TRULLO BIANCO (this trullo is a bit farther away from Trullo Verde and Trullo Viola) with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, 1 kitchenette (with dishwasher) in the living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 small outdoor bathroom (which also serves as the boiler room) with a small shower and a washing machine. The outdoor terrace offers plenty of privacy, along with a barbecue and parking.<br><br>All units have access to the swimming pool via a few steps.<br><br>The property features a large kitchen that can be rented separately with a private chef.<br><br>Also available at the property are massages provided by an external professional therapist who comes to the house with her own massage table; you can choose your preferred location (garden, inside the trulli, under a tree, around the swimming pool, etc.).<br>Other things to keep in mind:<br>The house is in the countryside, and there may be some wild cats around the house; please do not let them inside the house.
