Carovigno and Ostuni. The characteristic property is a small typical
masseria which was entirely renovated. It accommodates up to 10 guests.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, internet, built-in barbecue near
the swimming pool, outdoor shower, heating system, alarm system and
video-surveillance, tv, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, kitchen
with dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, espresso machine.

exclusive and characteristic villa with calcimine walls, which are
typical of the area, charms with its typical structure and authentic
atmosphere, allowing you to fully enjoy the truest side of Apulia.
The ancient courtyard is enriched by lawn and a 12m x 5m swimming pool with beach entry and beach beds, in addition to other equipped outdoor areas, even under lush eucalyptus trees.
By the swimming pool there is a beautiful porch with built-in barbecue
and furnished with an outdoor dining area. Moreover, there are other
seating areas among the various courtyards of Borgo Treffe.
The charming villa is cozy, with new furnture that contrast with the local white stone of walls and ceilings.
The main unit consists of a comfortable and bright living room with dining area and adjacent kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
Moreover, there are 2 double suites with independent access and ensuite bathroom.
Borgo Treffe accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and an outdoor half bath.

Borgo
Treffe is a beautiful villa in the lush countryside between Ostuni and
Carovigno, in the area of Brindisi, in an ideal position that allows you
to discover the most beautiful towns in the Itria Valley.
The villa is a few kilometers away from the beaches on the Adriatic coast and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 200, payable on-site.
 - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in all rooms.
