We paid close attention to every detail so you don’t have to. This tastefully decorated Lake House has all the comforts of home plus many, many extras. With a 4,000 + sq ft home on over an acre of land there is plenty of space for a large group. A perfect Retreat for a family reunion or getting together with a group of friends. With four full bathrooms, six large bedrooms and a day bed in the sun room there is plenty of space for everyone! You don’t have to go anywhere; with the game room, yard games, swimming or fishing with 80 feet of lake frontage you could kick back and relax. You will feel secluded - like your in the middle of nowhere, but you are actually so close to SO many things. EAA is less than 3 minutes away as well as all the outlet malls! Great restaurants, bars, breweries and shops are all so close. Oshkosh has it all. With options for everyone in your party. There is something for everyone! Don’t wait to make some memories.

Family Reunion Party of 29

This is a place we will remember for a long time. So many rooms and beds to sleep in. Large gathering spaces for us to hang out. THREE refrigerators & freezers! Nice washer/dryer but need to keep door to laundry room open due to condensation build up. Loved the waterfront view from inside the house. Lots of windows. Water is pretty but not really accessible from yard. Very rocky. Dock is wobbly and too narrow to sit on. The lawn was well maintained but the driveway entrance and area by the water could use a serious trim. The road to the house is not well marked so easy to miss. It’s littered with pot holes the entire way to the house. The driveway is nice. Plenty of space for vehicles. It would be nice if the gutters were cleaned. It rained a lot and the water was just pouring over the sides directly over the front door. Lamps & fans would be appreciated in all rooms, esp the bedrooms. Plenty of space for cooking and food storage. Oven wasn’t working properly but was new. Needed more pillows for the amount of beds, owners were willing to bring more by, but we made due with what we had. Garage play room has ping pong and pool table and a tv. Need more balls and paddles and pool table is not good quality but works. Lots of broken items needing to be replaced there. Tv remote batteries dead replaced ones in family room but didn’t bother with game room. Board games would be great have. Overall great place to stay and owners are very nice.

Lots of space!

We used the house for our family to stay in while in Oshkosh for my sons' wedding. It is a great house with lots of space. We even had room for the entire group of groomsmen to get dressed! Great location with a pier into Lake Winnebago. The driveway into the property is VERY secluded and hidden, so be aware of that. The driveway is also very bumpy, most likely due to recent heavy rains. The price seems a little steep, but hotel rates in Oshkosh are very high....so comparatively speaking for how many hotel rooms we would have to have gotten, it was a good deal. And we had the entire family together in one place!

Maybe next time!

Beautiful house, got the walk through, but unfortunately there was a water pipe explosion and our family had to cancel. Owner is super nicer and was great to communicate with. They’d tried really hard to make this family stay work. Maybe next time.

Family Vacation 2024

This was our 2024 family vacation with people from ages of less than 1 to 83. We throughly enjoyed our stay. There was ample room for all with enough bedrooms for those with littles to have privacy for naps. The three season room was great for evenings to enjoy the sounds of the lake without getting bit up. A few of us even slept there. The yard is great for games and gives the kids room to release all their energy. The rainy days were not an issue with plenty of room for fun in the game room. Dana is great to work with, is very accomadating with any needs with quick and friendly replies. Thank you for sharing your house.

Family weekend

The Lake House was perfect for our large family! There were plenty of beds for everyone and they were very comfortable. The house was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room. There was plenty of space inside to hang out. There was even a basket of toys for the little ones. We brought our volleyball net and set it up in the backyard. The kids had a blast fishing and swimming off the pier. Thanks so much Dana!

Time with kids and grandkids

My husband and I rented the Lake House for a week to spend family time with our kids and grandkids. The house fit us perfectly, which is a rare find for a big group like ours. The living space is more spacious than the pictures indicated so the family could spread out. I especially liked the garage turned game room so the kids could be noisy while we had quiet time in the living room. There was plenty to do in town, although we didn’t really have to leave the house. We brought some kayaks and a paddle board. There is a pier on the property. We went to the public beach one day, but found we enjoyed the privacy of the house more. Thanks so much for sharing this property.

Lovely Lake House 4.5 /5

Our stay was from May 3-5, 2024. Though our stay was short my family that included my mom, brother, sister, brother-in-law, nephew, and 2 dogs enjoyed our time in this lovely house. Because of my 92-y/o mom I was looking for wheelchair accessible, ADA compliant lodging. There were more than enough bedrooms for our party. It was clean and spacious. There was one bathroom that did not have steps to get to it, but having the wheelchair inside was a challenge. I brought a commode with arm rests to boost up the toilet seat so not having grab bars were ok. Some door knobs were difficult to manage --- a minor detail. Overall, the lake house was a wonderful place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful view.
