«Rooms very small, location excellent close to Southern Cross Stn and in free tram zone Door is locked around 8:00pm so you have to be ready with your card Hallway noise travels into the room But although an older property it appears to be clean and decent value for the price»

«Very friendly staff. They helped me with the luggage after the reception closed. How ever the bathroom was nasty. Flies on the wall and the sink was not clean. The bed was good. »

«Sorry to say but won't stay here again. We had a shower that flooded the bathroom floor&a basin that filled with water that never went down. We had a lovely person who stayed the second night &had their tv on for the entire night&the walls are paper thin. Not the best place to stay.»

«Newmarket is 5 mins away from city center, a perfect place to stay if you dont want to pay for car parking. Room and bathroom was of decent size. Clean and comfortable. All the things that you need for a stay, a small kitchen with microwave. Wifi speed was ok. Staff was friendly but had no knowledge and information about the city, if you want to ask them about what to do and see in the city. »

«The size of the room was big and clean. There was a mini freezer. There was also a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The location was close to train station and National Park and it was very convenient and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We stayed there to visit our friends who came from Jakarta.»
