Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an en-suite primary, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area with large windows facing the water. Fireplace and smart TV inside, private outdoor seating over the water outside, and beach access right off the property. Wake up to a sunrise most guests only get a walk to.

Located along Michigan's beautiful Sunrise Coast, Anchorage Cottages offers a peaceful Lake Huron setting between Oscoda and Harrisville. Guests can enjoy sandy beaches, scenic shoreline drives, local restaurants, hiking trails, fishing opportunities, and some of the most spectacular sunrises in the Midwest.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and outdoor spaces. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared Anchorage Cottages beachfront, including beach access, picnic areas, and common outdoor amenities. Parking is available on-site.

Please note that a utility room connected to the home contains laundry facilities, extra linens, and maintenance supplies. This room is locked from the guest living areas and is not part of the rental. On occasion, maintenance staff may need to access this utility room during your stay, but they will not enter the guest portion of the home.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area and nearby attractions. US-23 provides easy access to Oscoda, Harrisville, Tawas City, and the surrounding Lake Huron communities. Parking is available on-site. Rideshare services may be limited in the area, so guests should plan accordingly.

The shoreline has rock barriers in place to prevent erosion, so young kids may need a hand getting into the water. Beach space is limited, but the view across Lake Huron holds up in every season.

Pets are welcome with prior approval — $25/night. Dogs should be potty-trained and under 50 lbs; if yours is bigger, reach out and we'll see what we can do. Please clean up after your pet and keep them leashed in shared spaces.
