Great hotel near lots of eateries and shopping. Near several trains. Staff was nice and courteous, upgraded to an executive suite and so happy we did, room was larger, comfy bed, great view too. Breakfast was a great start to our day good assortment of food.

We love the location of this hotel that it is located just above the Namba Station. The room was big enough for our family of 4, which fits our American standards. Tons of restaurants and shopping inside the station or outside on the streets. Walkable to Dotonbori and other areas. Daily breakfast buffet was a plus as most places don't open until 10am.

Got charged $130 for an early check in at 9:40 am, it took two elevators to get to the room, no bathtub, 20 minutes to figure out how to turn on the lights, VERY small room and bathroom, no TV directions, overall very disappointed

Would not stay here again, no bathtub, very small room, no TV direction, very small bathroom, limited dining, coffee opens at 9:00am , nice looking lobby but they should put some of that money into the rooms!

Love the location, close to everything. The room was pretty decent except for the light switches. There has to be some other light switch that controls the room lights instead of just the room key! Once you remove the key it turns off the entire lights in the room. If you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, there wasn’t any light switch except using the room key which turns on all lights in the entire room including the TV! It was torture!

Room was quite dated, felt more like a 3 star hotel. Shower design seems nonsensical with no way to fully enclose it to keep the water in. Location is great and staff was friendly, though.

The breakfast buffet on the top floor was great and had a nice panoramic city view. The room was spacious. Amenities like the pool and fitness room were excellent.

Great location and since it’s a big hotel it has many options to eat. The executive floor amenities were great! Drinks and food Also the sauna and the gym very good!

Very nice hotel in central location, just not so convenient to get outside and explore. Need to go through a two elevators or several stairs. Also went during high season so not adequately staffed, hard to find help. But staff very friendly and helpful when you do request it. Would stay again.

從機場坐南海機場快綫出閘就可以坐電梯到酒店大堂，樓下便是高島屋和Namba City，黑門市場，千日前筋，戎橋筋和心齋橋筋在五至十分鐘步程，地下鐵，阪神，近鐵難波車站就在地下街內

A great hotel with a great service, location. Lots of dining options, shopping mall and tons of other shop ping options. 7 minutes walking distance to dotonbory (I am not a fan of crowds but someone may like it it) right on top of subway and train station.
