Very clean and tidy hotel, staff very friendly and happy to assist. They offered coffee/snacks throughout the day which was a bonus. The breakfast was different to the standard buffett breakfast, however still nice to try.

There are lots of facilities in the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Osaka Integate. Great breakfast choices with unique dishes. The bed was very comfortable. Design of room shows attention to details eg dim lighting, phone charging cables and pyjamas. It's very convenient to sel check out and store suitcases whilst we explored the local shops. The staff was very helpful and polite. We like the location of Intergate Hotel because it is near Osaka train station and local shopping malls. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family

ロケーションは最高です。JR大阪駅から歩いて行ける場所です。施設も便利でよく考えられていると思います。アメニティも過不足なくよかったです。難点は枕がおじさん臭かったこと。加湿器の水が残っていたこと。お掃除に少し不満が残りました。

5 minute walk from subway which is only advantage of this location, otherwise seems to be in middle of office blocks. Would not stay here again due to location . However, it is incredibly clean, outstanding g service too. Has free happy hour also which is great. 10/10 for everything other than location

Amazing staff and hotel. Very well located and lots to do in the area. Facilities were 1st class, restaurant amazing and really enjoyed the happy hours 5-7pm with other guests. Great memories of Osaka and surrounds.

I like the decoration of the hotel and the rooms are fantastic. Not to mention that the public bath and complimentary food/snacks/drinks at the lobby area are certainly bonus! The staff are also very friendly and sincere. It is a bit far to walk from the public transport area, although there is a choice of bridge/underground tunnel to choose. It might take a bit of time going out, but the surrounding area is serene and nice. I will definitely consider staying at the hotel again. Thank you for the great service and experience!

Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, atmosphere and great staff. The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Middling review for this property… it should have been five stars across the board, but two persistent issues prevented it. There was hair on the wall in the shower from the room’s previous occupant, and despite me mentioning it in my Expedia check-in survey, it never got addressed … EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS CLEANED TWICE DURING MY 3-NIGHT STAY. Gross. Secondly, the staff wasn’t terribly helpful. Having had a sore throat, I asked at the front desk one evening if they had any honey I could put in some tea. “No, we don’t have honey” came the immediate reply - despite the fact that 3 meters away was a fully-stocked bar that had closed five minutes earlier from which they definitely could have sourced some honey for a guest’s special request, had they taken the time to consider it. This is basic guest service for a high-end hotel. This property seems to trade on reputation and attitude, but have forgotten the virtues of basic hospitality and customer service. While the property, rooms and public areas are very nice, and the price was reasonable, I was quite disappointed by the quality of guest service which was definitely below expectations.

雖然酒店有少少遠離車站，但酒店周圍也有三間不同品牌的便利店，十分方便。由於check in當天剛好下雨，行李箱全濕，酒店職員很貼心，立即拎毛巾給我們使用，十分貼心。而且酒店房間很乾淨，燈光很明亮，不會黑沉沉。酒店有提供下午茶同happy hour 時段，免費提供酒水。總括而言，會再次入住。

The room is clean and it’s much bigger compared to other hotels that we stayed in. It’s 4 minutes walk to limousine bus station to go to airports. It’s walkable to shopping malls and restaurants! We will stay here again next time.

Large, modern hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are bigger than usual. There are a lot of nice touches like a lounge area with tea and coffee all day, snacks at some times and wine at happy hour, then late evening snack options. Highly recommended.

The walk up to the hotel was good, safe and clean. At night the trees are decorated with lights too and there’s combini’s around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. And there were drinks and snacks at various times of the day. Rooms were nice and quiet too apart from I could hear guests when they were in the corridor. There were vending machines but no hot tea in the hotel.

Hotel provide free coffee for morning & afternoon teatime, free flow wine, drink & snack for happy hours 5pm to 7pm. Supper rice in soup.
