毎月このホテル利用してますが今回はホテルの部屋に何時もセットしてくれる孫のパジャマか忘れてあったのが少し残念。 持ってきて欲しい依頼するも取りにきてだつたのですこし残念でした。

Extremely disappointing accommodation experience! We are very disappointed! We had instructed the hotel a week before check-in to thoroughly clean our room and vacuum as I am allergic to dust. The hotel replied that they would instruct the cleaning staff to prepare our room properly before our arrival. However, upon checking in, various areas of our room were dusty, clearly indicating that it had not been occupied for a long time. Furthermore, we discovered a strong moldy smell in the bathroom, and the ventilation systems in both the bathroom and toilet were not functioning. We have emailed about the issues but no one responded. Reported the issue to reception on the second night, no action taken. Made a complaint to the management in person on the third night, they have offered room change. The subsequent room we stayed in was close to a main road, and we heard sirens from fire trucks and police cars every night, severely affecting my sleep! I had requested a quiet room when booking and paid extra for a room on a higher floor. Yet, this turned out to be the worst resting experience among the three hotels we stayed at in Japan! The hotel staff did not respond to emails,and there were always many guests waiting for service at the front desk.This was truly very disappointing! I feel that the money I paid does not match the level of service provided! And as tourists, we have wasted large amount of time in communication, packing and unpacking to change room because of their fault

Very helpful front desk ladies during check in and when I forgot my key in my room- and super cute! Room was clean and had enough space for my luggage. Iron was helpful for a wrinkled shirt. Laundry upstairs was convenient. Easy transportation access and not so far from Itami by cab or train. Connected to a mall so plenty of shopping and dining. Would stay again for sure.

The temperature was too Hot and could not make room colder. There was not enough Washer and Dryers. I had to do my laundry at 2 AM! Need more washing machines & dryers!

Location is very good for shopping, and convenient for trains, subway, & buses traveling to other parts of Japan. 5 mins walk to Osaka Station. Lots of food choices on the 8th floor and basement of hotel. The cons of this hotel is the check-in system. NO EARLY CHECK-IN. Check-in starts at 3pm!! The staffs are all gathered around to store your luggage for you before 3pm & at 3pm; everyone line-up for the machines for self check-in. Before 3pm, lots of people are around the lobby just waiting. very robotic. The rooms are small and the bathroom is configured very strangely. The toilet is on one side with door; the sink in the middle, and shower is on the other side with door. There's no door to close off the bathroom!! So after you shower, you dried off inside and dress inside the shower with wet feet because if you open the shower door, anyone inside the room will see you because there's no door.

우메다 백화점근처 이용이 편리한 호텔로 찾아보니 뉴한큐와 리스파이어호텔인데 지난번 묵었던 뉴한큐는 거리감이나 접근성은 좋은반면 시설이 노후되어 이번에 리스파이어를 선택하게 됐는데 조식이나 시설은 훌륭하고 링크스 다이닝도 이용편리한점이 있으나 두번 엘리베이터를 이용하는게 불편합니다 그리고 단체관광객이 있을때는 엘베가 4대임에도 불편함이 사실입니다 이외는 다편리합니다

트리플룸 2박 했어요 생긴지 얼마 안된곳이라서 깔끔하고 공항에서 바로 호텔1층에서 내릴수 있어서 좋았어요 하지만 공항으로 다시 갈때는 한큐호텔앞에서 타야되는데 그곳도 멀지 않아서 좋아요 주변에 쇼핑센터도 많고 교통이 편리해서 제일 좋았어요

The hotel is very close to the train station and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is linked to a mall within the same building, very convenient.
