*Outdoor kitchen with 4 burner propane grill, 1 wood pellet grills and a Blackstone gas griddle for some great outside breakfast cooking or Philly steak dinners.

BOAT FOR RENT upon request. It would be delivered to the house if available. I rent them to 4 other houses as well so first to book it secures it.
