The Space:

Welcome to your fully renovated lakefront escape at the Lake of the Ozarks, where modern comfort meets laid-back waterfront living. Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully updated to create a bright, stylish, and effortlessly relaxing retreat designed for both quiet getaways and memorable gatherings.



As you arrive, you’ll appreciate the convenience of parking just steps from the entrance. A short set of four stairs leads you onto the front deck, where a charming French café table for two offers the perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee before the day begins.



Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by an open-concept living space filled with natural light pouring in from the lake-facing balcony. The newly renovated kitchen is both sleek and fully equipped, featuring stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner spread. The breakfast bar creates an easy flow between cooking, dining, and socializing.



The living area is designed for comfort and entertainment. A large L-shaped couch provides ample seating for your entire group, making it the perfect place to unwind. The space is enhanced by customizable lighting and remote-controlled ceiling fans throughout, allowing you to set the mood exactly how you like it. A striking 75-inch indoor fireplace adds both warmth and ambiance with adjustable colors, while the 85-inch smart TV above it creates an ideal setup for movie nights or catching the big game.



Just off the living space, the shared bathroom has been completely renovated and features a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower head that even lights up, adding a unique and relaxing touch to your daily routine. The nearby bunk bedroom is perfect for groups or families, offering two queen beds along with smart lighting, built-in charging stations, and a 43-inch smart TV for added comfort and convenience.



On the lake-facing side of the home, the master suite offers a private and peaceful retreat. It features a king bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and double-layered curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also enjoy direct access to the patio, allowing you to step outside and take in the lake views at any time. The ensuite bathroom continues the home’s modern design with a walk-in shower and rain shower head. From here, you’ll also find access to the laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.



The outdoor patio is where this home truly shines. Overlooking the water, it offers sweeping lake views and some of the most beautiful sunsets the Ozarks have to offer. The space is thoughtfully set up with a dining table for six, a ceiling fan with customizable lighting for comfort on warm days, and a 50-inch smart TV for outdoor entertainment. For a bit of friendly competition, a Connect 4 game adds a fun and casual touch to your evenings by the lake.



Whether you’re here to relax, entertain, or simply soak in the scenery, this lakefront retreat delivers a seamless blend of modern upgrades, comfort, and unforgettable views.



Water toys such as kayaks, paddleboards, pontoon boat rentals, Jetski's and boat slips can be added to your reservation for an additional cost, located on-site, the dock right below the unit. Call or email for details.



If you would like to rent a boat or PWC, I highly recommend The GetAway, it is at the 17 MM (less than a mile by water and 3 miles by land) or Pointe Oasis. They can even deliver the boat and pick it up from our location.



Guest Access:

This unit is located on the same level as parking and is only 4 steps up to the front door.

Getting to the lakefront boardwalk and docks is 3 flights of stairs down.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Pointe is a large 156-unit condo complex. Centrally located right in the heart of Osage Beach. Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, HD, Menards, and Movie Theaters, 9 golf courses within 10 miles. Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Lake House 13, and Encore, all are located within minutes of our home. Bldg 1-6 and pools 2 & 3 are on the water's edge, bldg 7-10, pool # 1, clubhouse, and the multi-sports court (pickleball, tennis, basketball) are located on the upper level. One reserved spot is located directly in front of the steps that lead to your unit. Additional open parking spaces are within 10 yards. BBQ Grills are not allowed on this property per the Osage Beach Fire Dept

We are pet-friendly, but prior approval must be given. Guests must review and agree to abide by pet-specific rules and a $49 fee will apply per pet. Max 2 pets per reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

We do have other units in the same building and spend a good amount of time enjoying the lake. So either we or an onsite representative is available the majority of the time to assist if needed.
