Bedroom #1 includes an adjustable king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the main living areas.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
• All vehicles parked on property are required to have a parking pass visible in the vehicle. Place where it can be easily seen on the dash. Numbered spots must have an Owners pass. Non-numbered spots require a visitor pass with the unit number visible.
• Vehicles parked with no pass will be towed from the property within 24 hours of the first warning sticker, at the Owner's expense.
• Trailers are not allowed to be pulled through the property or parked/stored. The nearest public boat ramp and trailer parking is located at: Grand Glaize Marina (PB2)
• The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Ground level walk-in from the parking lot on the east end. On the west end there is also a ramp to access the entry level of the condo
• For convenience there is an elevator to access the dock area.
• Boat slip available for guest use. 48x16
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, located at the main entrance and actively monitoring the exterior entry and parking areas.
• Please note that this unit lives within a peaceful condo community, we ask that you respect those around you and be mindful of any disrupting behavior.
o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
