You’ll have full access to the entire home, upper and lower decks, backyard, and private dock during your stay. Check-in is easy with a personalized digital code provided on the day of your arrival—no need to meet anyone or pick up keys. The driveway has space for up to 3 vehicles, and you'll find everything clearly labeled and ready for your group. A printed house manual is available onsite, and a digital guidebook will be sent before arrival to help you settle in and make the most of your stay!

*Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
*Violations: A first violation will result in a warning. A second violation will result in the termination of your stay, with the loss of all rents paid, and any community fines incurred will be charged to you.
*No Parties or Events
If you are found hosting a party, you will be asked to leave the property immediately, with no refund of rents paid, and any community fines will be your responsibility.
*Guest Policy
Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
*Non-Smoking Property
Smoking, including vape pens, marijuana, cigarettes, and other inhalation devices, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Smoking on property will incur a fee of $500.00 additional cleaning.
Violations of this rule are considered a breach of the rental agreement, and immediate damages will be charged, with potential early termination of the lease and loss of all rents paid.
*Pet Policy
We welcome pets with the following guidelines to ensure the comfort of all guests and the care of the property:
*Pet Fee: There is an additional daily pet cleaning fee of $25 per pet* per night, which helps cover the cost of routine cleaning. This fee does not include any damages caused by the pet.
*Pet Approval and Weight Limit: Only one pet up to 25 pounds is permitted, and prior approval is required.
*Potty Trained Pets Only: Pets must be fully potty trained. Owners acknowledge and confirm this requirement before bringing their pet into the home.
Early check-in can be request on the morning of and if available a fee of $25 per hour is due.* Lake checkout can be requested the night prior and considered on a case by case basis.* An additional fee of $25 per hour is due.
