The living room features a large gray sectional with a chaise lounge and a smart TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. Nearby, the kitchen combines ivory cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers to create a bright and functional space for preparing meals and snacks. Bar-style seating for three keeps conversations flowing, while the dining table for six is ready for family dinners, game nights, or relaxed breakfasts before heading out on the lake.



Just beyond the kitchen, sliding glass doors open onto a screened-in deck where incredible lakefront views instantly steal the show. A bar-height outdoor table with four chairs creates the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or late-night conversations overlooking the water. Outside, the property’s private dock offers exceptional lake access with covered boat slips measuring approximately 12x26, making this home ideal for guests bringing boats or watercraft. This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a set of full-over-full size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.



This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home offers parking for up to 7 vehicles; 2 spaces at the end of the driveway, 1 or 2 spaces in front of the garage, and 3 or 4 spaces along the circle drive - depending on size of vehicles.

• Garage is for owner use only. Parking is ample and guest-friendly.

• There is a dock with 2 - 12' x 26' boat slips for guest use. The property is located close to the 19 MM of the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks.

• If bringing a boat, the nearest public boat launch and paid trailer parking is located at Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize (PB2) 711 Public Beach Rd, Osage Beach, MO 65065

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o Maximum of 2 dogs per stay — Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times — excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.

o Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas — any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws — pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund. By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.
