Other Things to Note:
• This condo unit is on the 3rd floor, two levels up from the parking lot. There is an elevator a ways down to the right when facing the building from the parking lot.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and friends.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over and become impassable in winter.

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas. You have great access for families to connect and gather. The international airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
