Borgo bellissimo per una vacanza o weekend immerso nella tranquillità delle colline umbre. Buon cibo e servizio cordiale. La Stanza era un po’ piccola ma molto carina.

das hotel liegt ca 15 km vom orvieto. wir wollten da übernachten vor der autoabgabe und abreise mit dem zug von orvieto nach hause. es war ausserhalb der saison also ziemlich ruhig, in der saison muss mann wahrscheinlich mit familien mit den kindern rechnen. ( es gibt ein kleines pool und sandspielplatz für die kinder). das wetter war gerade regnerisch also waren wir nicht glücklich dass das normale zimmer ziemlich klein dunkel und schäbig war. es gibt ein kühlschrank, kein kaffeekocher. baderaum eng und nicht einaldent, das ganze ehe abgenutzt. spa kostet 25euro pro person pro eine stunde!! frech. am aben waren wir essen preis cca 20 pro person und gang. die bedienung war freundlich

La struttura è immersa in un’oasi di pace ed è nel complesso bellissima. Abbiamo usufruito della spa e della cena, oltre che del pernottamento ed è andato tutto bene. Ci tengo però a dare qualche suggerimento, innanzitutto, una maggiore attenzione al ristorante per quanto riguarda le esigenze del cliente. Ho chiamato e sottolineato più volte il mio essere vegetariana, nonostante ciò mi hanno servito un entrè di benvenuto con patè di fegato, dopo averlo fatto notare non si è posto il pensiero di proporre un’altra cosa. È una piccolezza, ma essendo evidente la volontà di ambire ad un relais di un certo livello, mi pare importante. Inoltre, quando ho acceso l’acqua per fare la doccia mi è cascato (per fortuna non in testa per un pelo) il piatto doccia addosso, evidentemente usurato. Per il resto, trovo che un soggiorno al borgo San Faustino possa rimettere al mondo chiunque.

We wanted to start our vacation at a slow and relaxed pace. We found exactly that at Borgo San Faustino. From checking in to checking out we found BSF to be friendly, accommodating and exactly as expected. Food and spa services will bring us back again.

Beautiful tuscan farm converted. Stunning views. Lovely fireplace and lounge to relax in before enjoying dinner. Absolutely delicious breakfast too.

Struttura nel complesso gradevole così come l’atmosfera; servizio di ristorazione buono con prodotti locali e a km 0, ottimi i dolci soprattutto a colazione. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ciò che non convince sono le stanze, piccole così come i letti, poco pulite, basterebbe qualche accorgimento per renderle almeno più confortevole! Un plauso alle operatrici della Spa con i loro massaggi! In definitiva siamo stati bene... peccato per le stanze assegnateci, sicuramente non all’altezza!

Lovely for a short stay.
The first thing that hits you as soon as you arrive is the view - it is stunning. We stayed in a standard room and it was perfectly adequate if a little basic. However, the rooms do not let in much natural light. The pool is lovely (unheated but refreshing!) it seems fairly well maintained which unfortunately can not be said for all the facilities. The ping pong table is broken at the bats/ball completely knackered so there isn’t much in the way of activities but I suppose that’s okay if you just want to chill out - it’s very good for that! We hired bikes at one point via reception and they were of very high quality (book in advance - they are delivered from Orvieto). Food in the restaurant was very good - especially the pasta! Prices fairly reasonable as well. Breakfast was okay, limited in the way of hot food but there was cakes, cereals, and fruit etc. The staff were mixed, some could not be more helpful but one receptionist, while friendly, seemed adverse to actually helping with the request, including booking a taxi, saying she “preferred” just to give us the taxi number. Not what I would expect from a hotel like this. We know the hotel was not even in remotely full/busy so I don’t understand why she couldn’t be more helpful. All in all, great place to relax with gorgeous views and a beautiful pool. Would recommend for a short stay. Also, it’s quite remote and taxis cost c. EUR30-40 a pop to the station/city so bear that in mind if you don’t take a c!

Hotel immerso nel verde con piscina e piccolo idromassaggio all'aperto. Stanze ampie e comode. Il ristorante non lo consiglierei, bella la vista ma il cibo non c'è piaciuto. Non posso valutare il wifi perchè non funzionava per un guasto tecnico. Avevamo scelto questo relais perchè avevamo visto su Expedia che affittavano le biciclette ma quando abbiamo chiesto in reception ci hanno detto che ancora le bici non erano arrivate

Bellissimo
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo bellissimo resort in una posizione panoramica davvero incantevole. Sono più edifici in pietra dislocati in un giardino curatissimo con una bella piscina . Molto bello il ristorante ed abbiamo apprezzato la cucina e la colazione. Un ambiente rilassante molto curato. La SPAi piccola ma anch'essa pulitissima come tutte le parti comuni e le camere. Darei qualche consiglio per migliorare il comfort delle camere standard, che erano le nostre: una cassettiera in camera al posto del tavolinoe nel bagno qualche appoggio/contenitore. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno romantico.

Tutto molto bene, la camera non gigantesca ma comunque più che sufficiente arredata in maniera forse un po' troppo semplice, ma comunque con gusto. Il corpo centrale (bar, ristorante, terrazze, e piscina con solarium) molto bello. Colazione di livello e con prodotti fatti in casa (sia torte che marmellate), anche il ristorante si è rivelato all'altezza! Una bella sorpresa.
