Cozy beach house - 5 min walk to the beach (Pet-Friendly!)

Enjoy pure relaxation at our beautifully designed beach house with just a few minute walk to the beach. Feel the ocean breeze from our spacious and shaded front porch or enjoy our backyard with your furry friends (Pets Welcome). Inside you'll have a full kitchen with all the cooking supplies you'd need, dining room table and a spacious living room. In both bedrooms you'll find a very comfortable bed and mounted Smart TVs to enjoy with the ability to connect to Netflix, Hulu, Disney and more. The living room features a massive 75 inch Smart TV and ample seating for an entire group to enjoy. Both bathrooms are private inside of the bedrooms and beautifully designed. The house comes stocked with entertainment such as numerous board games, sporting goods and beach games. You won't have to travel far since the house is 2 minute drive to Publix grocery store, 5 minute drive from Granada Ave to enjoy the best restaurants, bars, and shops Ormond Beach has to offer, 10 minutes to the heart of Daytona Beach, and 25 minutes to the Daytona Speedway. Your peaceful vacation is here at the Golden Summer!

Quaint and Cozy! The house is small but very homey and well decorated for the space. Both beds were very comfortable. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We spent four days at the cozy beach house. The house very clean and we had everything we needed. The beach is literally a five minute walk from the house with a beach entrance right at the end of the street. We did bring our pets which was a huge bonus for us. I would highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. They stocked the home with everything you need for a nice relaxing stay at the beach. The decor of the house was beautiful. We slept well thanks to the mattress in the master bedroom. Great location for a walk down to the beach in the morning or night.We will definitely vist again.

Stay here was great. The house is small and cute. Had a couple of issues nothing major just the couch bed was broken and the door was hard to unlock. But I messaged the owner and she was quick to respond and very helpful. The area is perfect for a family and is close to some great beaches.

Cute Beach Cottage

Loved this cute beach cottage. Nicely decorated. It was well stocked. Great coffee supply for my morning fix. The front porch was very comfy! Easy walks to the beach. Pup enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Daytona area too. Great communication with the owner. We’ll be back

Great stay

The house was so cute! Very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Only minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. The front porch was great for the morning and evening lounging. Only thing I would recommend is upgrading the porch furniture. Overall we will definitely keep this one on our list to stay at again.

Perfect Ormond Beach Bungalow!

Such a well decorated and comfortable little bungalow, with great beach access at the end of the street. Just the right location, with a fenced in back area for our dog. We were able to walk to the inter coastal one direction on the street and the beach the other. Property is well appointed and clean. The host was very nice and I highly recommend this property.

Great Time!!

My family had a great time. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach which was nice. No cable though, just streaming. I recommend to install an antenna it is inexpensive and can power all Tvs and provide over 40 channels for free.

Home away from home

Property was exactly as pictured, clean, and cozy. Plenty of room for us, very close to free beach parking lots with access to restrooms and rinse stations. We loved coming back in the evenings to the porch lights on, like we were being welcomed back at the end of the day. Great location to main thoroughfare so easy access to restaurants, mini golf, beach, grocery store and pharmacy, etc. We slept comfortably at night and the Roku TV was great as we were able to log into our streaming accounts for the duration of our stay. Communications with property manager were answered VERY quickly, and check-out instructions were clear and easy.

Perfect Beach Get Away

This was the perfect place for us for a weekend beach get away! Everything was exactly as pictured and nice and clean. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of things to do nearby. The front porch was great for having a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. All of the neighbors we encountered while walking our dog were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in the fall!
