You are in the immediate vicinity on foot of the Cathedral, the rectorate, the hyper center with its shops, bars and restaurant. You access it by the rue de Bourgogne which is 300m away. You have a laundromat 3 minutes walk away. The tram is a 5-minute walk away, the train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The main room is composed of a lounge area with a large 3-seater sofa (convertible into a bed for 2 people), and a TV. You benefit from wifi.

An open fitted kitchen completes the main room: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery necessary for 4 people.

The portion of the street in which the building is located has recently become pedestrianized.
You can still access it for a luggage drop-off. Be careful to study the route carefully because all the streets are one-way in the district. If you want to park on site, it is possible in the adjacent streets, which have few parking spaces, so you have to rely on luck. Otherwise, a few minutes walk away, you can benefit from the underground parking lot of the City Hall. Thanks to its advantageous rates, you can park safely and enjoy the pedestrian streets of the city center. From 8:30 a.m. the rate is capped at €10 (within the limit of 24 hours) and the evening rate from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. is €3! Take advantage of it.
