The Space:

You step onto a private villa tucked inside a gated community that borders the Disney parks, and the bold modern design instantly feels both upscale and inviting. **Sleeping arrangements**

Bedroom 1 offers a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom, providing a quiet retreat after a day at the parks. Bedroom 2 mirrors this comfort with its own King Bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 3 features two Twin Beds, each with an ensuite bathroom, perfect for kids or friends traveling together.

The spacious family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and ample seating, inviting you to unwind together after a day of thrills. Large windows frame views of the community’s landscaped grounds, and the open layout flows seamlessly into the indoor dining space.



**Kitchen & dining**

A fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to whip up a big breakfast before heading out. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility to enjoy meals under the roof or al fresco on the patio.



**Outdoor living**

Step onto the private patio where cushioned loungers await for you to soak up the Florida sun with a snack or a good book. While the villa’s patio is yours alone, the community offers a sparkling outdoor pool, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, as well as a restaurant, grocery, and ticket stores. Access to the pool and gym incurs a $100 + taxes fee per group per day; the concierge can arrange the amenity key card for you.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!

Getting Around:

There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
