Welcome to Ti Sable, a superb sea-view apartment in the fully renovated Alamanda residence, one of St. Martin's most sought-after locations.

This elegantly decorated apartment is ideally appointed for your comfort.

It features a master bedroom with a view of the pool and garden, a dressing room and a very large bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

Le Ti Sable boasts a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, an office area and a warm, cocooning living space opening onto a superb terrace.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

Sarah is the best host of any vacation rental we’ve had. She is quick to communicate, even when an issue is out of her control, such as an area-wide power outage. The cleaning service she uses is impeccable. The unit is so convenient! It’s steps from the pool, beach and restaurants/shopping, and still very quiet. The unit is on the 1st level but you can still see the ocean from the living room and patio. The bed is firm, which we like, and the furnishings were comfortable. A favorite pastime during our trip was eating out on the patio, hearing the ocean and feeling the ocean breezes. Sarah thoughtfully provided coffee, sugar, some mixers, and a couple of beers to kick off our stay. We look forward to returning!

Sarah our host was very sweet and helpful, she even found us another unit to stay in when we decided to stay a third week. Unit was very clean and well appointed with everything you need to cook. The location is fabulous. We felt very safe. The only complaint we had was the pull out sofa. Very uncomfortable to sit on.

Beautiful room in a perfect location and Sarah, a very accommodating host. We were contacted by Sarah immediately after making the booking and the check-in process was perfect. We love the large wraparound patio with sufficient privacy for morning coffee and breakfast and a view of the beach through the tropical plants bordering the property. From the rear of the property, it was 100 foot walk across the sand parking lot to get to the beach. A very minor suggestion would be a second set of towels. Sarah was very accessible and accommodating host.

Orient Beach

Beautiful ground floor condo. Right on the beach, close to beach restaurants/bars. Also steps away from the fantastic restaurant corridor. Sarah was a doll! Prompt, friendly and welcoming. We will certainly stay there again!

Great Spot

This was the perfect spot for me and my wife to get away for a few days. The Location in orient bay is perfect with the beach on 100 yards out the door and with all of the beach restaurants and bars all around you. Great place and we will be back.

Perfection!!

What a wonderful stay at Alamanda- Orient Beach. Everything was perfect! The location is within close walking distance to multiple fabulous beach bars/restaurants for lunch and quaint dinner spots. Large porch, safe property, and the beach is just across the street. Clean, convenient, comfortable. Sarah made the process of renting this property a breeze. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Great apartment! Sarah was the best and so helpful in answering all our questions. Super clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk to Orient Beach and Orient Bay Village which has many restaurants, a couple of small grocery stores, and several other businesses. We have stayed in St. Martin several times and this was by far the most convenient location on the French side for us. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

Communication with Sarah was excellent. She was very helpful and always timely in responding. The location of the property was perfect for us - beach across the road, village with shopping/dining within 2 minute walk. The property is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in a very quiet complex. We stayed for 8 nights and had a most amazing vacation. Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the location of this property - it's directly across the road from beautiful Orient Beach. Mornings would consist of coffee and fresh chocolate croissants on the large patio - doesn't get much better! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and communication with Sarah was a pleasure.The overall location on the beach allows for daily walks on the beach with many options for lunch and dinner just a few steps away.In addition, while there are so many dining options within walking distance, you are also only a short drive from Anse Marcel - which shouldn't be missed!While is was difficult to leave, we look forward to a return visit!

Always too short!

Second year in a row staying in this condo and it is very nice. Clean, well equipped with amenities and very convenient to great food, a bakery for croissants every morning, the beach and groceries. A quick drive from the airport. Communications with Sarah and easy and timely. Highly recommend the condo, except on those weeks when we want to rent it.

Perfect stay on Orient Bay

We had a perfect stay at Ti Sable. Sarah- our host-was quickly responsive to any questions. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I with a good view of the beach from our patio. The residence was very clean and well cared for. This was our first stay on the French side and we were so happy that Orient Village was literally a 2 minute walk away with at least 10 restaurants to pick from. The pool was great also with hardly anyone there- felt like my own private pool. Highly recommend this property!! We will be back.

Anniversary trip to St. Martin

My wife and I had a wonderful stay on Orient Beach. The condo was exactly as described and the location was perfect for morning beach walks and Orient Bay Village for meals. Sarah was a wonderful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Orient Beach

We loved this rental! Sarah was so personable and responsive. Great communication. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this place is was very nice for two people. Very short walk to dine and the beach was right across the road. The grounds were immaculate. The place offers a cozy feel and it’s quiet. We drove all over the island and didn’t feel it was difficult at all. The motorcycles whip around you pretty quickly! Most roads aren’t marked but using Google maps proved to be quite helpful and accurate. No safety or security issues anywhere.

We have stayed in many condos but this apartment was absolutely the best. Steps from the beach, restaurants and market all within walking distance. We did explore the island but you could stay here and never leave the property. It has everything! Thank you to Sarah for being so welcoming and catering to all our needs. Excellent Accommodations

The property is in a perfect location walking distance to many great restaurants and good options. Beach is literally 30 yards away. Plenty of parking and the unit we stayed in was newly renovated and offered great space and views. The pool is nice if you want a break from the beach. The furnishings are great and the private patio area is perfect. Sarah was great and is always available if needed. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking again when we are able to visit the island again. You won’t be disappointed!!
