In the heart of the Médoc appellation, on the banks of the Gironde estuary, enjoy your stay to the fullest. In the heart of the prestigious Médoc vineyards, come and enjoy the authentic charm of a characterful old house, adjoining the owners' home and located in a peaceful hamlet perfect for rest and relaxation. You'll appreciate its enclosed and landscaped courtyard, ideal for enjoying sunny days with a coffee or an aperitif, thanks to its small garden table, comfortable armchairs, and parasol. Private parking is also available right in front of the cottage. Nature lovers and walkers will be delighted by the immediate proximity of the Ordonnac loop, a pleasant hiking trail that allows you to discover the typical Médoc landscapes between vineyards and countryside. The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave), a dining area, and a cozy lounge, as well as a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, you will find: a bright bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), and a shower room with a toilet. A wooden cot is available for families. Electric storage heating ensures comfortable warmth year-round. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day, and heating costs, are charged extra based on meter readings. To travel light, bed linen can be rented on site, and end-of-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Towels are not provided. Pets are welcome, provided the end-of-stay cleaning package is purchased, to ensure everyone's comfort. Thanks to its ideal location, this gîte is an excellent base for exploring the renowned wines of the Médoc, the Atlantic beaches, the Gironde estuary, and the many other treasures of the region.
