Grab a group of friends and book this property for the perfect getaway! Each tiny house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With space for everyone to have their own bed, multiple kitchens and tons of outdoor space, this will be a trip to remember.
Each house has a fire pit, outdoor seating, and space for hammocks. This means there are four fire pits on the property - your friends can take turns hosting bonfires each night! You can get the most out of staying here by setting up your campfire while watching the sunset. With the fire roaring and your s'mores melty, look up and notice the stars and Milky Way have come out to play.
You can stand at each of the houses and find beautiful 360 views, especially at sunrise and sunset. For even more landscape views, explore the property on a short walk to "The Draw", a small trail to an overlook of The Gunnison River.
This space is set up to be a home base for outdoor adventures. Hikers and bikers and skiers and hunters and fishermen and climbers are welcome here. The area provides ample opportunities to do all of these and more. The Black Canyon is close and The Grand Mesa is closer. There is plenty of parking for all your toys and trucks and even your big 'ole cross-country moving van.

The Turquoise Door: 1 queen bed on main floor, 1 double bed in loft with ladder access
That’s a total of 5 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds ready to sleep you and your closest friends or family. The beds are comfy and the homes are equipped with climate control to keep you comfortable through the nights.
The nearby towns of Delta, Hotchkiss, Paonia and Cedaredge (30 mins or less) are packed with artisans, markets, groceries, gas and events. It's easy to stock up nearby for anything you really need. Larger, more touristy towns like Ouray, Telluride, Montrose, Moab and Grand Junction are all very doable day trips.
The wifi is fast and reliable for remote work or streaming. You get all the comforts of home, while still having the great outdoors at your fingertips.
Marijuana tourism is welcome on this property. You can smoke on site, but NOT inside, pretty please. Now recreationally available in Cedaredge (15 mins).
This is 100% a home of tolerance, acceptance and respect. Everyone is welcome here. This includes all LGBTQ folks. It also includes black, brown, white, and every single shade of person. There’s no politics nor preaching nor any controversial opinions here. Just a good place to relax and take in the views.
Check-in information will be sent three days prior to your arrival. Directions to Triple View Tiny Houses are reliable on Apple Maps and the one that begins with G too. It can be difficult to see the entrance in the dark so keep your eyes open. When guests have paid for all four listings at once, they should feel free to enter and exit the houses freely as works for their group.
You are not likely to see myself or my team during your stay. We will be available to answer questions, but largely feel like it is best to leave you to your privacy. There is nobody living on site full time. You can ask for anything, but space and distance mean that communicating your needs in a timely fashion will help me answer completely and timely as well.
This gem of a property sits near several cool small towns for dining and supplies. There are also larger attractions in the area such at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and the Grand Mesa. The immediate neighborhood is very quiet. I've got some neighbors, but most of them are deer and quail. The humans don't bite, but they wave!
Your mobility will be determined by your wheels. There is no problem to access the property as it is on maintained roads. There is minimal snow in the area, even in winter so that is never a concern. You will need to drive to arrive, however. From any direction. There is no such thing as public transportation which will be sufficient for you to see and experience the area.
Please be aware that there is a pet fee if you are bringing your pet(s). The fee is charged by UPDATING YOUR GUEST COUNT. Unfortunately, uncontrollable droolers, barkers, shedders or property destroyers are not welcomed guests. Please announce your pet in your messaging. Also, your furry friends are welcomed into all but one tiny house. If it can please be arranged to have NO PETS in The Green Fish, that is my strong preference.
FIRES- Colorado experiences ever increasingly dangerous wildfire seasons. We have fire pits for your enjoyment. We also have periodic fire bans. Please inquire if you'd like to have a fire.
SMOKING- Marijuana is legal and allowed on the property. All smoking of cigarettes and marijuana must be done outside!
