€100.00 security deposit by credit card is required. Any damages or extraordinary cleaning costs (such as uncollected rubbish, unwashed dishes, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit.
Security Deposit: €500 to be paid by credit card on arrival for groups under 21 years of age.
Cleaning and linen: €250 per stay, to be paid at the time of booking.
Tourist Tax: €2 per day per person for a maximum of 7 nights; children under 14 are exempt. Tax to be paid at the time of booking.
Check-in time: between 4 pm and 7 pm; check-out time between 8 am and 10 am; alternative times may be arranged by prior agreement.

The property is situated in the charming coastal town of Fonteblanda in Tuscany’s unspoilt Maremma region, a 7-minute drive from Talamone. The closest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is approximately a 2-minute stroll from the accommodation.

Perfect for nature lovers and beachgoers alike, the area offers beautiful sandy shores, crystal-clear waters, and easy access to Monte Argentario (a 25-minute drive) and the Maremma Nature Park (an 8-minute drive).

The closest beach is Spiaggia della Puntata, approximately a 15-minute walk away. Further afield, Osa (a 10-minute drive) and Feniglia beaches (a 30-minute drive) are ideal for families with shallow seabeds where the water slopes gently, and the pine forest behind provides natural shade for afternoon naps or picnics. For those who love snorkelling, Bagno delle Donne in Talamone is a 5-minute drive away and features a rocky cove with crystal-clear, emerald-coloured water, right beneath the town’s fortress.

Inland, Maremma Regional Park (Uccellina) is an 8-minute drive away. Here you can hire bikes or go hiking on the trails leading to the Abbey of San Rabano or the wild beach at Alberese. Watch out for close encounters with the local wildlife.
