We had a room next to the bar and it was extremely LOUD. I thought someone was outside fighting. I wanted to relax and enjoy a quiet evening but I was unable to.

Loved the staff on iguana beach. They ensured the guests were treated as valued visitors and always added a personal touch with friendliness and professionalism. Your check-in process needs to be improved. Stood on line for over 45 minutes before attended. Need to take a page from Puerto Rico where all hotel employees always greet passing guests with good morning/afternoon/evening. I had to initiate the greetings.

I stayed at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort (Ocean Side) in a suite which included a bedroom, a bathroom, half-kitchen, balcony and a living with with a pull out sofa bed. We had two pools, one with a swim up bar, and a beach lagoon. There was also direct access to a boat that brought you to their private island, Renaissance Island, where you could swim with flamingos. I think just this part made the entire resort worth it. Food and drink prices were decent, almost as much as it was outside. There was a shuttle connecting to the other property that was closer to downtown so it was convenient to get to dinner or lunch or shopping.

Beautiful resort! Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. . Private island is amazing as are the Cabanas! Never felt crowded at all. Plenty of room to relax in the sun or shade and lots of options. Pools, Lagoon or the Island!

Since we stayed here in 2022, the rooms have been renovated - they are smaller (rollaway no longer fits in King Suite bedroom), and it's louder (less soundproof from hall). The toilet faces the shower, which has a towel bar on the door, and they are now so close together that we hit our heads on the towel bar. Pool area and beach are a delight.

This property allows you to be away from the crowded beaches and allows access to a private island that can’t be beat. Plenty of food options within a 2-8 minute walk.

Renaissance Ocean Suites does not have a Gym. It does not have a beach. The island belonging to the Renaissance is full of rocks. They should take it upon themselves to clean up the rocks. Rooms are old looking and not updated. I felt like the rooms are from the 80s. Anyone looking for a beach? This place is not for you. If you wanna shop, then great, otherwise no bueno.

This resort is beautiful and we loved sitting at the bar enjoying drinks. We had a room at the top floor (6th floor) with an island view. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with food and drinks. The free boat to Flamingo island with the resort stay was amazing as well. We loved our stay.

Loved everything about the property except the fact that Flamingo Beach was the rockiest beach I ever visited. Really put a damper in the day. Bring water shoes and you should be okay.

Great property and highly recommend staying here as adults or with kids. Great pool and private island. The food and drinks are very good especially for an all inclusive. The only thing I would do differently is never book through Expedia and I personally won't again. I booked an all inclusive package or what Expedia called all inclusive but it was a small drink credit. So after paying 12k for everything I had to pay another 3k when checking in to become all inclusive. Also our flight changed from a day trip to an overnight on the way back and we got bumped because it was oversold and since we used Expedia were were the first to go.

Room and property dated with worn out furniture in lobby. Not enough loungers for guests. Our room was off the elevator and felt like I was sharing a room with the entire hotel. Sooo Loud and at some points people would bang on the wall to hit the open door button which was on the other side of where we slept.

Went with my husband, and we stayed on the family friendly side, which was wonderful! Great pools, and on the beach side! We love Flamingo Island, which had an adults only beach, and a family friendly beach! Absolutely wonderful!

You paid 500$ a night to get a motel looking room. The room smelled of vomit and extremely loud. Terrible! We booked non refundable, else we would have checked out.

The property itself is very convenient, and located next to everything. They have 2 parts which will give you more options to eat and explore. When I checked in the staff member was very rude making sarcastic comments to my questions. I have stayed at the adults only side numerous times and never experienced this. Room service kept forgetting condiments that were requested for when placing the order and bringing them back by the time the food was cold. The bathroom nor towels where cleaned. When I said something they immediately fixed that issue. The beach is decent but gets crowded since they allow day passes.

My recent stay at the Renaissance in Aruba, with access to the beautiful Flamingo Beach, had its highs and lows. The pristine beauty of Flamingo Beach was undoubtedly a highlight, offering a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The location was undoubtedly stunning; waking up to the sight of the marinas crystal-clear waters was a dream come true. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I must address a few drawbacks that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Firstly, I made my reservation through Expedia, expecting an all-inclusive resort experience. Regrettably, this assumption was not entirely accurate. While the option for an all-inclusive package was available, it came at an additional cost, which was not made explicitly clear during the booking process. This discrepancy left me feeling somewhat misled and disappointed.
