The Agrestic Grocer (4 min) is a charming cafe located on the outskirts of Orange with great coffee and a unique menu. Venture over to the Orange Botanic Gardens (6 min) for a picturesque picnic or visit the Eat Botanic Restaurant & Bar. The home is nestled in a perfect location to indulge in the world of unrivalled flavours and craftsmanship at Swinging Bridge or Mortimers Wines (8 min).

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:

The Oven can be a little tricky follow guide, To operate oven. Push and hold in knob to the right of the clock and flick 4 times to the right to select fan forced oven. Release knob to operate. Oven will beep 3 times when temperature has been reached. Push and hold knob to the right of the clock to turn oven off after use. I will leave the manual for the oven.
