HEATING/COOLING
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout, a gas fireplace in the main living room and a firepit outside with wood provided. There are also electric blankets on each bed.

All four bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, golf courses, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two by the firepit accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

Just across the road you will find the Library, Art Gallery & the famous Groundstone Cafe.

You will also find the Farmers Markets on across the road on the second weekend of every month!

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 5-10 minutes by car.

Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
