We came and stayed here I. December of 2025 and I was trying to keep my comments to myself but i figured I’d leave constructive criticism. When we first checked into our room, there was smeared poop on the toilet, and the overall smell of the hotel was not great. I immediately called the front desk to complain, and instead of sending housekeeping to properly clean the bathroom, they sent a plumber, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable.
We stayed here last year and had a great experience, which makes this even more unfortunate. Sadly, after this visit, we will likely consider staying elsewhere the next time we attend in Anaheim.
Overall, the stay was mediocre this time. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. The only other issue I had was that the ART website seemed to be down for the majority of our stay, so one of the days we had to Uber to Disneyland because otherwise we wouldn’t have made it in time. The communication with the bus company was also a little choppy this year, which was not a problem during our stay last year.
