«This little place was really compact and nice . There were plenty of blankets. From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect . It was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I would totally stay here again. »

«Fawlty towers California. No service at all. Poor and slow WiFi. Felt like They didnt want me as a guest. Very strange experience. Lots of traffic noice from interstate 1, which is next neighbour. I would not recommend, and no way return. Rooms are not serviced, and were poor cleaned upon arrival. However location is excellent. 5 minutes from city centre and 1 minute to The beach. But i have never, never felt less welcomed anywhere, than here. »

«Our vacation rental was very adequately supplied and clean. The ocean is practically outside the door and down the stairs. Very short walk to coffee, cafes, and restaurants. Short walk or drive to other beaches, activities, and downtown Laguna Beach. Very easy communication with our host. We very much enjoyed our stay!»

«My family and I have stayed in this property for a few years now, always Thanksgiving week. Upon arrival, a couple small things were in need of attention, emailed Scott, and were addressed rt away. This location is a 3 minute walk from Marine Ave (village), which is very convenient. The amenities of the house all work and function which makes eating in very doable. Balboa Island is a special place for all of us, and look forward to more stays.»

«The cottage was the perfect place to stay to enjoy Laguna Beach. A quick walk to the beach and downtown, close drive to hiking trails and amazing scenery. Everything on the “business side” was easy (communication, check-in/check-out) and the cottage was clean and the perfect size for our group of 6. Definitely recommend!»

«A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels ( no beach chairs ) and two coffee makers and plenty of coffee. My adult son went to use the hot tub but it was turned off so we figured the ...
