«This cottage is a fantastic spot for a small family. It is easily accessible to the beach and 15 min walk to Main Street. It was beautifully decorated as well. Would stay here again!»

«This garage apartment on Balboa Island, is a historic unit, recently updated and very cute. The pictures in the listing are accurate and it is decorated in a fun, eclectic, nautical decor. It is comfortable and a good location, a quick 2 block walk to shops and restaurants and just down the street from the beach. Garage parking was a huge plus! I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again!! The only down side was that the 2 garage apartments across the alley were both under ...

«Fawlty towers California. No service at all. Poor and slow WiFi. Felt like They didnt want me as a guest. Very strange experience. Lots of traffic noice from interstate 1, which is next neighbour. I would not recommend, and no way return. Rooms
are not serviced, and were poor cleaned upon arrival. However location is excellent. 5 minutes from city centre and 1 minute to The beach. But i have never, never felt less welcomed anywhere, than here. »

«I’ve stayed at this property more than once. This house is so cute and well furnished. The front patio is nice to sit on and have coffee or cocktails. It’s very close to the beach and grocery store. Walking distance to restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than this.»

«We had a fabulous stay at Jean’s beach cottage! The cottage was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Jean was an amazing host. We really enjoyed getting to know her.The location was perfect for us - just a few blocks from the beach, yet with easy access to I-5 for trips north. Our family really appreciated the included beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. We highly recommend staying at Jean’s place!»
