Situated on the 2nd floor of the South Tower, this condo boasts tile flooring throughout, creating a cool and stylish atmosphere that complements the coastal ambiance. The open floor plan living area provides the perfect vantage point for taking in the stunning views of the Gulf.

The Primary suite is a luxurious haven featuring a King bed and a newly installed custom walk-in tile shower in the Primary bath. Retreat to this tranquil space for rest and relaxation after a day of beachside adventures. The second bedroom offers two Double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests or family members.

Stay entertained and connected with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their favorite shows and movies. Free wireless internet access is also available throughout the condo.

The boat dock offers easy access to the water for boating enthusiasts, while the fishing pier is perfect for those who love to cast a line.

If you are bringing a boat, please let host know. You will need to register the boat 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. You will also need to preregister for parking.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
