The good things: Elevators were quick, access to local stores are in walking distance. The terrible things: Mold & Mildew in the front bathroom & kitchen vent! Called about it since 2 members of our family have auto immune disorders along a severe lung disease. So the come and spray a super strong spray and say, “There, it’s all gone now!” Didn’t offer another condo, no partial refund. Absolutely terrible!

The secondary bathroom shower ceiling had water damage and block mold on the ceiling and around the top of the shower. There were cobwebs around the pictures on the wall. A picture in one of the bedrooms had something splattered all over it and we killed several roaches. We sent pictures to liquid life and all the did was offered to come and clean the room, but that should have been done before we got there and had all of our stuff in the room. They did not offer in anyway to make up for the inconvenience. The view of the beach from the balcony was nice.

Great spot on the beach

Great location. Spacious condo. Fourth floor. Close to elevators. Close to the beach, just walk right out to the beach, which was superb.

Inexpensive weekend stay

Went for a short weekend getaway. The property and furnishings are fine but have seen plenty of use. The view and beach are spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was fine for our stay. There were a few things that needed some attention. The smaller bedroom beds were uncomfortable. The threshold between the master bedroom and the living room was not secured and kept coming up. The shower in the master bath was nice except for a slow drain which left soap scum in the bottom of the shower. The children loved the pool and the beach access. I would stay there again. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

This property is difficult to rate because the location is truly outstanding, but the condition of the unit significantly impacted our stay. The beach access was excellent, and having numerous restaurants nearby—many within walking distance—was a huge advantage. The unit also featured a newer washer/dryer and dishwasher, which appeared to be the only recently updated items.Unfortunately, the rest of the condo was in serious need of maintenance. The guest bathroom ceiling is flaking badly and appears to have extensive water damage. Pieces of the ceiling could potentially fall while using the shower or bathroom. The most concerning issue was the presence of cockroaches. Opening cabinets/ bathroom closet and watching roaches scatter was extremely unsettling and made us consider leaving early.In addition, many of the cabinet bottoms showed signs of water damage, and fixtures throughout the unit were heavily rusted. Even the towel hanger in the master bathroom appeared severely corroded and close to crumbling .We stayed because our trip was short and the location was so convenient, but the condition of the unit did not meet expectations. We will absolutely return to this area because the beaches and restaurants are fantastic, but we would not choose this particular unit again.

Just ok

The listing said outdoor dining and had a table in the picture but there was no table outside. The inside definitely needed a coat of paint. The bath tub was very slow draining, the tub was filling up while I was Showering. It wasn’t the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t want to say it was dirty cause it wasn’t, it just was just ok. I’m sure it’s not the worst but I wont Stay there again or recommend it.

Horrible Customer Service

Our Condo was dirty upon arrival. The hot water heater and the air conditioning both stopped working during our stay. We had service technicians in and out of the condo during the entire duration of our stay. When we contacted the property manager in regards to these issues she was extremely rude and unprofessional. We do not recommend staying at this location!

OKAY CONDO

Reviewer Comments: I HAVE STAYED IN THIS CONDO BEFORE AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES HOWEVER THIS TIME I FELT THAT THE CLEANING WAS NOT GOOD BECAUSE WHEN YOU WALKED ON THE FLOORS YOUR FEET WERE BLACK. ALSO THE DRAINS IN BOTH BATHROOMS WERE BACKING UP WHEN WE TOOK SHOWERS. THE CONDO IS NICE ALL AROUND BUT I REALLY LIKE SUMMERCHASE BECAUSE OF SECLUSION FROM OTHER CONDOS BUT NOW THEY BUILDING ONE RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND WHICH MAKE ME UPSET TO ENJOY VACATION WITH CONSTRUCTION NOISES GOING ON.

The view from the balcony is beautiful. It was also nice to have a pool, hot tub, indoor pool, ping-pong table and games for the kids. Cons:The entire building could use updates. The condo itself has a musty smell and needs a professional paint job, along with other cosmetic updates. Overall:I would stay again.

Unjust charge for excessive cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ok until we checked out. Liquid life charged me a 250 dollar excessive cleaning fee on top of the 230 dollar initial cleaning fee because they found a little sand when they swept the floor. They claimed we didn't follow all checkout procedures as well, but when I asked what we didn't follow they can't tell me. Now they're threatening to take me to court over 600 miles away from my house if I don't pay. Don't book with these people

Best Rental Yet

As a family we come to the beach atleast once a year. This year we go to visit twice and our stay at this condo has by far been the best. It had plenty of room for everyone and it was very clean. Not to mention the view of the ocean and beach was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
