This main floor also includes a bedroom suite with a king bed, a bathroom, and a deck on either side of the home. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa located in the living room. The top floor offers 3 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry room, and another gulf-view deck. • Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Orange Beach prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Onsite deeded beach access available.
• Monthly Stays: Monthly reservations are welcome during December, January, and February.
• Parking: Crosslane Villa's parking can hold up to 4 standard vehicles. Parking accommodations include 2 small vehicles in the driveway, 1 full-size and 1 mid-size vehicle in the secure enclosed garage, a rare find at the beach.
• Professional Management: Crosslane Villa is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
