We loved our stay here! It was well stocked for our family of 6. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had plenty of dish/dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, utensils, pans, etc. During previous stays at other places I have had to request more toilet paper and such but not this time! The little things make a world of difference sometimes and they were considered and provided here! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of games to play at the table during rainy weather. The beach loungers and umbrella pictured are not covered with the rental but we did find beach chairs in a closet as well as buckets for building sand castles. It’s a great place and we will definitely stay again!

Although an older property, it was perfect layout for a couple of audlts and two teenagers. Unlike previous properties at which I have stayed, the pots and pans were sturdy and not the cheap aluminum that you often see at a rental. There was also plenty of cutlery and kitchen tools. The view was magnificent and the location was so very convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. The owner was wonderful to deal with and all in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Location

Property was a bit dated. Having said that the condo was very well equiped. Comfortable beds, plenty of room. The view - outstanding!!!! Great facilities - indoor/outdoor pool was nice.

Great stay

We loved the location, couldn't be beat. My kids stayed at other great location's but when they saw our location they said "you paid for your location". This exact condo will be the one we reserved when returning to this location.

Our stay was great and owner was so easy to communicate with! The unit could definitely use some updating and kitchen was not well stocked for cooking things… overall it was a good visit! Location is ideal!!

We had a blast!

This property hosted a great experience for our two families! It was very clean and the location was great! The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy for cooking meals. If sleeping 8, bring blankets because there aren’t extras for the sleeper sofa and if you’re allergic cats, as I am, bring meds because there are some on the property.

Great Location

Great location, condo was clean and efficient, toaster and yellow lighting could use an update and instructions on how to use wally the tv provider, my teens couldn't figure it out. The beach was closed 3 of our 5 days but we enjoyed other things. Over all a nice get away

Everything was great. Everything you would want nearby. Just a couple of minor issues. Couple of the bathroom sinks would barely drain and no pantry. Lots of cabinets thoigh. Would book again

Best stay in years

Candi was an amazing property owner and communication with her was super prompt. We even had a mix up in our check out date and she was more than helpful and accommodating. The condo was more than big enough for our family with two small children and my elderly mother. Probably one of the cleanest condos we’ve rented in years. Hoping to go back next year!

The short walk to the beach was awesome. If you bring a canopy though, you cannot setup close to the water. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very nice. The "queen" beds felt closer to the size of a full/double (my husband is 6'3" and notices things like this.) The condo was clean but very dated and showing it's age and lack of updates/upgrades. The value for your cost don't quite match. There was only one washcloth per person and 1.5 bath towels per person so we had to wash everyday. The stove is very old and the top gets extremely hot when you use the oven. The living room space only had seating for three people (a loveseat and chair.) Balcony is right over the outdoor pool and all the noise that comes with it. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) but bring your own garbage bags because the ones that were provided ripped as we pulled them out of the garbage can they were so thin. Gas grills did not work, however the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. Restrooms at the indoor pool was a nice feature. The smoking area and ashtray stand need to be moved out of the main walkway to the pool and beach though. Be careful on the boardwalk to the beach as there are a couple of soft spots in some of the boards that need to be replaced sooner than later. It would be nice to have a deadbolt on the door to the condo for nighttime. Upgraded doorlock to an electronic keypad would be nice. Communication with owner was easy.

The condo was nice and suited our needs perfectly. We had couples and my two adult children who found sleeping in bunk beds actually fun. The place was clean and well stocked with several essentials that I hate having to buy for a week stay. Things like dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, and some cling wrap. Where most places throw away or don't allow guest to leave anything behind for the next guest, this place had a few things for us and I greatly appreciated it. The condo really is nicely set up for families with games and books for you to use if you like. Having three bathrooms with three ladies with us, was fantastic. There was always one not in use when we needed one. It has all of the cookware you will probably need unless you are cooking something that requires a specialized pan or utensil. The grilling area outside has two charcoal grills, and two gas grills that are hooked into the buildings gas lines so no tanks are necessary. My only minor dislikes about the place have nothing to do with condo or the owners of it, but the building itself. There isn't a trash shoot, so you have to carry your trash all the way out by the road to throw it away. During our stay one of the two elevators was down for repairs and upgrades. The other one is kind of small, making it difficult to fit a cart and more than three people. I'm hoping the upgrades on the other elevator will fix that issue. Again, thats the property, not the condos fault.

Great Family Vacation!

Family of 6 had a great time on our Orange Beach Vacation! Candi's condo was exactly as described and perfect!! The younger kids loved the bunkbed room, and having 3 bathrooms was great!!! Access to the room was awesome, being right next to the stairs and elevator, and the view was perfect! We sat out on the patio every morning drinking our coffee and watched the dolphins beyond the sand bar. It was nice being on the west end of Orange Beach away from most of the high rises. We never really had to bust it to the beach in the morning to claim a spot. The kids loved playing in the sand, chasing (and catching a few) fish with their net, and collecting shells as they washed up. There are plenty of restaurants within 2 miles of condo, and a great grocery store nearby as well. We'd definitely go back again!!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was perfect. Sitting on the balcony watching the beach was great. The only negative is the place was not cleaned very well. We arrived an hour and half early (before check in time) and the cleaning lady had not gotten there yet. There was food,( like popcorn and chips) and other objects ( like bottle caps and so on) under and behind all the furniture. Not out of eye sight. There was hair in the bathrooms and it did not look like the bedrooms had been vacuumed. Had the place been cleaned properly, I would have given our stay a 10 out of 10, but I would say an 8. There were no bugs, so that’s a plus.
