Ready to RELAX? Located in a charming bay front community just off Perdido Beach Boulevard near the pass, this is the perfect condo for a relaxing vacation to Orange Beach. Charter Landing is conveniently located adjacent to SanRoc Cay which has restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Plus, you are across the street and in close proximity to the public beaches, .7 miles to Alabama Point East public beach access and 1.7 miles to Cotton Bayou public beach access.

THE SPACE: This condo has a spacious living room offering a flat screen tv with cable and free WIFI. Cook your specialties in the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig K-Cup brewer, microwave and blender. You also have use of an electric wok/skillet and a cappuccino espresso machine! Seating for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the bar. There is a king bed in the spacious master bedroom with a flat screen tv and the adjacent master bath has a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a queen size + a full-size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Enjoy comfortable patio furniture while watching the sunset. You have a beautiful view of SanRoc Cay marina. For your convenience we provide a washer and dryer. There is no elevator and only 17 steps up to your condo with the pool being at the bottom of your landing! The pool has upright and layout chairs and a few tables for you to use. For accessing your unit, you will also enjoy the keyless entry system--no need to keep track of keys! Wi-FI and cable TV are free to guests.

THE PROPERTY: This is a smaller complex and is the perfect place for a family vacation, ladies' weekend getaway or men's golf trip! There are so many choices of what to do with your time here...enjoy the sunrise while viewing the marina, explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax at the public beach or lounge by the pool which is just steps from your entrance. Enjoy the entire condo for your stay. You are a very short drive to the public beaches, .7 miles to Alabama Point East public beach access and 1.7 miles to Cotton Bayou public beach access. Boat slips are available by reservation only at REEL SURPRISE CHARTERS/MARINA located in SanRoc Cay. You must call in advance to reserve a spot. These slips are a short walk from Charter Landing.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Parking: Max two (2) vehicles. Parking pass(es) purchased booking must be displayed in vehicle. *No boats or trailers allowed on property. *You must prove age of 25 to rent this unit. Proof of age is required. *Free WIFI *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed/Allergy free unit. *Note: A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Bring extra, If staying longer than a couple days.

My husband, autistic daughter, and in-laws stayed at the Landing for a few days. We felt safe, the neighbors we met were friendly, and we got to observe jellyfish and blue herons at the waterside. The managers for the property checked in with me all the way up to out stay and during it. I highly recommend this condo.

good location on the bay

We chose this location because it is close to friends who own a condo next door. It is close to the bay but the beach is quite a walk away. The unit had everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants close. Bed comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults. I recommend this for a reasonable stay near the bay.

Upon arrival everything seemed nice until I went into the restrooms and saw all the dirty laundry and then the dirty linens on the beds! They need new cleaners that actually clean the property!!!

Best Beach Vacation Around

This condo is the absolute best location in the area. We have never been to Orange Beach as a family and we are now planning to return very soon. It was my kids (11 &13) and my husband's favorite beach trip ever. We loved the location of being able to walk down the steps to be at the pool, my kids could swim while I sat on the front porch. Speaking of that little porch, we all sat out there multiple times a day. The most beautiful view and sunset. My fishermen loved fishing in both the marina and across the street at the beach. It's a short mile drive to a beach access with restrooms and ample parking either direction. Plenty to eat, great places in walking distance. We really enjoyed going to see the Blue Angels practice day. Booking was super easy and Stephanie was fantastic. We can't wait to go back!!

Great location!

Our family of five enjoyed our time together! The location is amazing! Right on the bay with with big yachts and restaurants/ shops to walk to. Plenty of kitchen items for all cooking needs. The pool is a good size and we mostly had it to ourselves throughout the week. The property manager was very responsive and answered all questions. The only reason it’s not a five star is we wished the deck had a table and umbrella to be able to sit and eat at. It would have also been helpful to have more towel options, i.e beach towels and bigger towels for the bathroom. It would have lessened the laundry loads. We love the beach and will be back to Orange Beach !

Great price, great location, great view of marina

My family of 3 loved the size of this 2 bedroom condo and the amenities. Lovely views of the small marina and enjoyed seeing all the people leaving on fishing trips in the morning. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so did not get to enjoy the condo as much as we would have liked, but definitely would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great location nice condo but needs a few things

The condo was super convenient right across from the beach close to everything I really enjoyed it, however I really believe at the prices we were charged it almost 355 a night with taxes and fees we should’ve been provided a few necessity things that we were not provided. Like dishwashing soap, laundry soap & softener and hefty garbage bags. It was very hard only staying there three days having to do a little bit of grocery shopping and then realizing you have to go out to eat for everything because you don’t have any dishwashing soap to do dishes with you can’t wash your clothes even though you have a washer and dryer because they didn’t have laundry soap (these were things that were provided in our condo in Destin Florida and in other places we’ve stayed and I just thought it was odd they didn’t have any of these things at all.) And the garbage bags they provided two of them and they were so paperthin that they tore when I went to take them out to the trash.they need to be Hefty trash bags not generic no brand- Honestly if those things were provided this would’ve been an A+ plus plus experience. The shower didn’t drain well either but that can be fixed. This condo was nice just needed a few things to make it what we are use to when I go on vacation with my friends & sisters.

First Beach Vacation!

I loved this condo and the location! It was exactly what I wanted for our first girls’ trip. It had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy to understand and we were told exactly what we needed to do for both. We sat on the patio every night listening to the live music across the Marina. The beach was a quick drive across the street and there were lots of shops and restaurants minutes from the Condo. We are already planning our return visit. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
