The Poseidon House boasts five spacious bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a theater room, 2 large wrap-around balconies, and a large combined living room, kitchen, and dining area with bar top seating and a dining table for 8. All bedrooms have their own private full-sized bathroom attached. There are 2 master bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, heated towel bars, and other amenities. The Grand Master has a separate living room space as its own private oasis away from the crowd, a baby grand piano, a large private waterfront balcony, a butler’s pantry area, and an additional half bathroom adjacent to the living room of the suite. Finally, also adjacent to the room, there is a small, secluded office space and writing desk for those needing to work while away. The rear master bedroom contains a nursery with space for those who wish to bring their own pack-and-play for their children. In addition to the two master bedrooms, there is a couple’s bedroom with a king-size bed, a family bedroom consisting of a queen-sized bed along with a twin/trundle bed, and a bunk room that contains a custom-built bunk bed containing four separate full-sized beds (two with private TV's and two with adjustable reading lamps). Parking is limited. A one bedroom condo will be issued one (1) car pass. A two or three bedroom will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes.
Phoenix On the Bay guests wishing to use the marina shall provide a copy of their respective vessel’s registration (if applicable), along with a certificate of insurance with liability coverage in an amount not less than $300,000 combined single limit (CSL). Guests shall show proof of insurance at time of registering their vessel at the POB service desk.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.
