Upon arrival, our room was partially cleaned. It appeared that the maybe the floor was swept and mopped and they left. Furniture was broken: the pull out couch was broke and had to stay out at least half of our stay. The recliner was also broke. And the bathroom shower had mold all over the liner and the shower head was broken. We paid 130 for parking and had to park over in phoenix 6 and when I was told to discuss that with the clerks at the desk, I was treated AWFUL with a rude attitude and was told that I was lying about having to park on the side at the other condo. The manager on duty refused to even tell me her name and also refused to let me talk to anyone else. I was able to call and discuss the other issues with the host, which the host did state that they NEW THE FURNITURE WAS BROKE, which is baffling! I was also told a manager would reach back out and it has been 2 days since I was told that and no one has called. That being said, is it beach side with a beautiful view, absolutely. Was it worth the price and headache, absolutely not.
