We stayed in the Phoenix 2 building at Orange Beach, we did not have hot water on the first day which we realized while trying to bathe two toddlers after the beach. When I called I was told this was a recurring problem with that unit and they had been sending people to fix it, but I would assume if that's the case it's their duty to come up with a permanent solution. Someone did come to fix it and we had hot water for about a day, and then back to cold only.Management said they had to contact the HOA as it was on them to fix, which is an excuse that is not helpful at all. It did not get fixed while we were there, as she said she cannot send someone till the next day. In general the unit was very old, and it seems they are very stingy with maintenance based on others stories.
