Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Gulf Towers with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living and dining room. With over 1549 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished unit. The Large 185 sq ft balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Tower condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances including washer and dryer, wet bar with ice maker, Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit. Large flat screen 65 inch SMART TV in living room and a large flat screen 55 inch SMART TV in the master, and 50 inch smart TV in 2nd Bedroom. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. And a sofa sleeper in the living area for the little ones. The unit sleeps 8 total with 6 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, Kids splash pad large Hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. We also offer use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. 'Our stay at the Patterson condo was wonderful! The room was beautiful, and the view was great. I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.
This condo was clean and had fabulous views. We had a great time and hope to go back.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party. The amenities were fantastic! We used the indoor and outdoors pools, fitness center and of course beach access. The location can’t be beat! The owner, Kelly, quickly answered any question we had. Absolutely recommend and would love to return!
