The dining area includes a rustic table with seating for six and counter seating for three at the kitchen island. There are extra folding chairs that can be used at the dining table located in the laundry room. The kitchen and dining areas open into the living room which features a large, comfy sofa and loveseat surrounding a large rustic coffee table and 70” Roku TV. Share in the group conversation or lose yourself in your favorite novel in one of two lounge chairs. The teak wood bench provides added seating and a great spot for Insta-worthy photos!

We provide beach amenities to our guests to make your vacation as easy and stress free as possible. A double door storage closet is located at the back of the house where you will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart/wagon, sand toys, games, coolers. A bluetooth speaker is located inside the kitchen for your use in the house, at the beach or the pool.

Guests staying at Sunkissed & Salty have full complimentary access to the zero-entry pool, fire pit, putting green (bring your own putter and golf balls) and covered cabana w/bathrooms. There are several wetland lakes throughout the neighborhood that are open for fishing filled with bass, blue gill, garfish, turtles, frogs and an occasional alligator as this is a natural wildlife habitat & sanctuary. **Please take extra caution with pets and children around the lakes**
