    Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV with surround sound in the living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The balcony and beach views were beautiful, and the location was perfect. The only thing I’d mention (and it’s not really a complaint!) is that the A/C works really well, so if you tend to get cold at night, you may want to bring an extra blanket. We’d definitely stay here again!

Clean condo, on the 19th floor which gives great views of the water and the beach. Large balcony was nice to sit on and was quiet. Halls can get noisy when people are in them but there arent many units on each floor and the living area is away from the hall. Had covered parking (you do have to pay). Super place - will come back.

Great Place on the Beach

Great spacious place on the beach. Owner responded very quickly to one very small issue. Indoor pool was awesome! Lazy river was great. Location was great. Close to grocery and restaurants.

It did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated and really clean! Being on the 19th floor offered a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Beds were very comfy. Elevators were super fast and the property staff were always pleasant and helpful!We walked across the street for donuts one morning and some of the best seafood was just a short drive away. Great location! We will definitely be back!

Very nice!

The condo was spacious, clean, well decorated, and extremely stocked with kitchenware. Loved the separate wet bar and ice machine, it definitely came in handy. The balcony was cozy with the couch. Beaches were beautiful and not too crowded. Overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property is very beautiful and well maintained. I think its nicest feature is the beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves. I think that it had everything that our family of 4 needed. The gym in the facility was convenient for our use as well.

Beautiful condo, very spacious, clean with good amenities and a great view from the patio. No issues or problems with property. The only issue that we had was the property manager did not send us check in information prior to the check in time; however once contacted, he provided it to us. We had an amazing time & definitely will be returning

Access to the beach is super eas, with hoses and showers on the boardwalk to get the sand off on the way out. Parking was super easy, check in was smooth! They have large shopping carts available to pack your belongings in and out, which was wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, and well maintained. Will be back!!!
