Well let’s just say this was the worst house that our family has ever stayed in,since the 20 years we vacation here. When we arrived some of the linen was soiled with blood and dirt marks. Informed Vacasa and they asked for pictures and a few hours later someone bought a trash bag full of linen. 2. Cleaners did not do a good job cleaning the common area rug, The entire rug had sand underneath and a soda bottle was under the tv stand. 3. On Christmas Eve,the gas stove and oven was leaking and the utility person cut the gas off and informed us that this was the 2nd time they were called about this incident, he even showed us where it was attempted to be poorly repaired. This is where it all went south. Attempts by Vacasa were made to correct the issue but they failed to get a replacement stove for the rest of our stay. We were provided a gas grill, 2burner hot plate, and a very small toaster oven that was not adequate for 11 adults. They offered to move us to a house that had bad reviews for cleaning and pest control problems, and the other property was not oceanfront like what we paid for. We were prepared to utilize the promised amenities in the listing of this house for cooking food for our holiday meal. The agent who was from the local Vacasa was not very considerate about moving and feeding 11people 4. After all that had taken place we also start noticing a pest control problem with roaches. These are just a few important issues needed to be addressed I can list more.
