Caribe 1213D er en 3 soverom, 3 bad vannkanten enhet med privat balkong tilgang fra stue og master bedroom. Denne enheten ligger i 12. etasje og vender mot sør med utsikt over bukten. Master bedroom har en king size-seng, 42 tommers flatskjerm-TV, privat balkong tilgang og master badet har et boblebad med separat dusjkabinett. Det andre soverommet har en king size-seng, 32 tommers flatskjerm-TV og eget bad. Det tredje soverommet har to Twin køyesenger, en 32 tommers flatskjerm-TV, DVD-spiller og eget bad med badekar og dusj combo. Det fullt utstyrte kjøkkenet har granitt tellere, rustfritt stål apparater og våt-bar med ismaskin. Det er en 50 tommers flatskjerm-TV i stuen, samt en sovesofa for å imøtekomme 10 gjester.


Caribe Resort ligger like øst for Perdido Pass i Orange Beach. Almost perfect

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The size was perfect for our family. It had a great view. We had a problem with the dryer but it was fixed promptly the next day. The only negative was the glass topped dining table. It is very unsteady, there is not enough support for the heavy glass top. We put 2 12 packs of soda on it when we arrived and the entire top tipped over and off of the one inadequate pedestal. Needless to say we never used the table for the entire stay. We felt it was dangerous especially since we had youn children with us. I hope they remedy this as we really like everything else.

Softball World Series trip

The condo itself was nice. They provided everything we needed. The check process was horrible. I went to the liquid life office to pickup the room keys. When we tried to enter the condo, we realized they provided us with the wrong room keys. Liquid life called caribe and told them to reissue the correct room keys. Keep in mind this condo was on the 12th floor in building D, the caribe office was in building B. We picked up the new room keys from the office, when we tried to enter the condo again, the keys did not work. The caribe office manager created new room keys and brought them to us. Yet again, the keys didn’t work. IT was called and his key was the only key that would work. At this point it was 6pm. We started the check in process at 4pm. We needed to be at the opening ceremony for 6:30 They wanted us to put our belongings in the condo and pickup new keys at the office we we got back. We didn’t trust that we could get back into the condo at this point, plus the office closed at 7. We had to leave family members at the condo to wait for new room keys. They had to miss the opening ceremony. This was very frustrating to say the least.

Good if you need a crash pad

Couch cushions slit, beds squeak if you breathe the wrong way, definitely needs cosmetic work, but will work if you just need a place to stay without expecting luxury. Property manager was incredibly helpful

Girls weekend!

Perfect getaway for a few ladies! We loved the lazy river. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a full dinner! Overall very happy with this property.

The Caribe is a great resort with plenty of things to do. Parking can be challenging if traveling with a group with more than one vehicle. Many options for daily activites and places to eat.

The parking was confusing and no one wanted to help. I called maintenance and they didn’t show up until the next day. The bed covers were dirty luckily we had our own blankets. We didn’t have enough toilet paper and we told housekeeping and they said they would bring it up to us but never did so we bought our own. Other than that everything was good. Really loved the view. Loved the pool area.

Great condo, rental agency not so great

Condo was great. Clean and nice, had no complaints at all with the condo. I would not rent with Liquid Life again though. The “check in packet” that you get upon check in had a brochure for leave only footprints in the sand and a brochure on what the different colored flags on the beach mean. There is zero information on the resort, the amenities or where things are located. We got strongly scolded by the front gate security because we didn’t let them know we were having guests, but we didn’t know we were supposed to. There was no information on how to call or the number. I called Liquid Life and they had no idea either. Phone was broken so I had to walk to B building to use the phone to have guests over. They don’t allow you to use your personal phone. Any information from Liquid Life would have been great.

Family vacation

We always stay at the caribe, this time we decided to go through liquid life since it was such a great deal. Especially at the caribe. We were disappointed that they were still doing the remodel on the lazy river, but caribe has 2 other pools that were open. We also enjoy using the trolley to get back and fourth to the beach. All the amenities that caribe has, allows us to do lots of activities and stay in property.

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful, as was our room. There were a few housekeeping issues on arrival but they were quick to correct the broken coffee maker & the others weren't huge deals. Would highly recommend.

Overall, very nice condo. However, there were no condiments (salt, pepper, etc.). The microwave & oven were hard to figure out & there were very few dish towels, etc. in the kitchen. Very clean & a beautiful view, although the pictures on the website imply that the condo is right on the beach, which it is not. Again, overall a very nice stay. Thank you

Room in need of repairs and updating

This room is neglected. The mini fridge does not work. I called to ask it to be repaired but nobody came. The dryer doesn’t dry without restarting the load several times either. The dishwasher rack is held together with a pipe cleaner. The veneer is peeling off of the pantry cupboard and I was worried we would accidentally pull it all the way off and then receive a charge. This room needs repairs and updating. Also, the resort hired security guards which seems great, but they spend their time picking on young kids going down the water slide too close together instead of addressing the droves of screaming teens hollering through the building late into the night. They old men they hired were too scared to approach them so they spent their time picking on peaceful families for silly things. Very irritating.

End of year getaway

Property was great clean and everything in repair. Complex is well maintained. The o only negatives were there were only 3 chairs on the balcony and 4 adults and the king bed in bedroom number two was very noisy when our guests moved or turned over. I would definitely stay here again.

Already booked for next year!

We loved our stay and coming back for two weeks next year Property has all one needs; a shuttle to beach, marina, and Cobalt Restaurant. Cobalts even offerdelivery. A gift shop with some goodies too, not overly priced. I've been staying at the Caribe for 12 years. The floor plans and furniture are unique and stylish.

We had a nice time with family.

Kids enjoyed the pools and lazy River. The condo itself needs some maintenance as we found things that did not work. Also, some things missing such as a toaster and molding over refrigerator door which just looked bad. Building also seemed to be old and rundown and cantina was closed with no reopen date. Overall, even with this we still had an okay time since we were all together.

Two Family Vacation

Caribe is a nice place to stay. The pools and the lazy river were great. Never had to wait for an elevator. The arcade takes tokens and the token machine was out of tokens for our week stay. The token machine is ran by an outside company which we called but no one ever came. Only one parking spot per unit so our other car had to be parked in over flow area. The shuttle to and from the beach was nice. Now the room…we did not have a kitchen table to gather around for meals. The hand held shower head was broke, which maintenance did come and fix, but the handle to hang it on was broke and that was never fixed. The separate ice maker ran constantly from the tray to drain, never made ice. We turned it off. The wine cooler never worked. We were missing a top panel on the outside of the refrigerator. The refrigerator drawers side open when you open the refrigerator. The ice maker in the refrigerator made a mound of ice and we pulled it out to empty it into the coolers and found two frozen pizzas in the bottom, that weren’t ours! The bunk beds are horrible! They wobble and are unsturdy. We pushed them up against the walls to try and stable them. They are horrible. We had teenagers using them but wouldn’t feel any better if small children were using them. The balcony door does not lock - just a safety concern for small children. There are only two chairs, a lounge chair, and table on the balcony. If you need more than that, you might want to bring you own seating. The floors are dirty. Our feet and socks were black. The front door is hard to close. The second bedroom had a shower curtain that was about 10 inches too long. We kept stepping on it when taking a shower. Then we found the decorative shower curtain in a corner in the laundry room still on the rod! Two of the three toilet seats were loose and slid when you used them. These are all little things that can be fixed in a day but look back at the reviews and some of these issues have been this way from a year ago. We liked the resort but for spending this amount of money, we would pick a different unit. There is no excuse for these things to not being fixed. We voiced all these concerns at Liquid Life during checkout and they said they would send me an email and would let the owners know and then we were cut off and blown off by a snobby lady from a back office.

The caribe is the best

There was a unsecured glass tabletop that I had to move because my kids couldn't stop leaning on it as well as all glass plates and cups so not super child friendly. Make sure you bring those items. The front door was a little difficult to close and the ice makers in the freezer and bar were not working. Other than that everything was perfect. 10/10 would stay again
