Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng, 31 tommers flatskjerm-TV, DVD-spiller, balkong tilgang og privat bad med boblebad, walk-in dusj og stort klesskap. Den tredje har en Queen size-seng, 26 tommers flatskjerm og DVD-spiller og det fjerde soverommet har en dobbeltseng som med en 31 tommers flatskjerm-TV og DVD-spiller.

Great option for multiple family vaca!

Beautiful condo, lots of space, perfect location, great for 4-family vacation (in 2 separate condos). Minor inconvenience related to check-in off property and limited assistance with issues on property, as well as elevator issues and door lock glitches. Overall a great option.

Wonderful Time, Will Return

Super clean,spacious and beautiful c building unit. Plenty of space for a large family, kid friendly as well. Main views of the pool area, and beach. Very little view of the Bay Area. We can’t wait to return again.

Condo was great except tile floors left feet filthy if barefoot. It would have been nice to have had 3 keys instead of just 2. We were 3 families but it worked and I didn't call to see if possible to get another.

We loved the layout and the amount of space that we had. We had a terrible time with the washer and dryer for a few days and it was much needed. It was replaced on the fifth day. Also, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work. The pot and pans were awful and looked like they came from goodwill. Please clean around doorways and mop floors.

Amazing

We had 6 teens and 4 adults.. The property is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly. I wasn’t sure about all the texting with property staff but it was great. We needed a few extra items and they responded quickly both in text and delivery. Our teens are very active and we never once heard “I’m bored”. The walk to the beach is a big long but you can ride the cart we just chose to walk. The only disappointment we had, all the hot tubs broke down the same day and were down for a couple days. We had a blast visited The Gulf, Cobalt, Tye Hangout and Florabama.. All the restaurants had great food and entertainment for our entire group. We had an adult night at Florabama we all loved it. Highly recommend this property and we will be back!! 710C

Second time staying at caribe

Great for kids, condo is massive and very clean. I really wish they provided a blow dryer and more than one dish towel. I thought that would be standard but I guess not. Caribe was under a lot of construction and they are putting in a new, big bar right next to the lazy river.

Very nice condo. Great location. Lazy River was not open yet. It opened the day we were leaving which was a bummer but pools were nice. The only issues we had were is upon arrival there were no towels in bathrooms so I had to call and have some brought to us. They were delivered promptly but then in one of the bedrooms there was an old dirty diaper and vomit on the floor and bedding. It took about a couple hours for someone to come take care of it. They changed the bedding and took care of dirty diaper but didn’t clean vomit up on the floor so I had to call back and then the lady didn’t even bring and cleaner to clean it up! She took a pillowcase and wet it and just wiped! Thank goodness I bring Lysol cleaner and spray with me and I had to clean it myself. Anyways other than that we had a very nice time

Family Vacation

We had a great time here. It was clean, and the perfect size for us. The view was beautiful, and the amenities were so useful having children under 5. We will be staying here again. The only thing negative about our stay was the work they were doing to the decks so the lazy river was closed. Other than that it was the best vacation property we have stayed at.

One stop Resort experience once renovations are complete!

Loved the large balcony and the fact that there were several seating, lounging and outdoor eating areas! Cleanest condo we’ve ever seen! Could improve on better body wash! I left ours and used the tiny bottle provided but couldn’t get a lather! Also the dish washer was full of dirty dishes! Only mentioned this b/c I’d want to know! Beautiful complex and resturant always good!

Disappointing amenities; broken water pipe flooded unit.

No hand soap in bathrooms. Not enough trash bags or dishwasher pods. No hair dryer. No instructions regarding trash. One bathroom flooded because of broken shower stem two flights above. It was a miserable night.

Spacious and beautiful view

The Caribe is lovely but mid to late July it was jam-packed. Fortunately there are lots of swim areas so the pools were not too crowded and there’s a shuttle to take you across to the beach. The condo did not have extras of anything - blankets or pillows for example - nor did it have the little items we used to expect from prior guests, like salt and pepper or other grocery items. I guess Covid changed all that. There was an extra garbage bag but we had to get more. Just be prepared to go into it like a hotel, bringing every item you need. We were able to purchase an extra 2 parking passes but spent about 20 min driving around to find a place on Sat. night after dinner. It was a great place but I think we will plan a different time of year next time.

Wonderful vacation

Our experience was excellent. We enjoyed the space in our room. The pools and beach was what our family needed. Can’t wait to return next year. This will be our go to resort!!

Beautiful View but it needs some update on the carpet, all mattress and the bed in the kids room needs to be replaced it squeezed every time my kids moved. The small ice machine doesn’t work. The couch needs to be replaced it’s really old the arm on one side has no cushion in it. The bed needs to be replaced in the first bedroom too. If the owners could update all of this we would come back and stay in the condo because the view is amazing.

Our Unit

We were very disappointed with our unit! It stated that it was a 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms but the 4th bedroom had no closet & very limited space for a room with 2 double bunks. It was right next to the kitchen & living area which is not good. It must have been a sitting area that they made into a bedroom. It was not 4 bathrooms but 3 plus a powder room. So those who stayed in the bunk room, right next to the kitchen, living area had to use the other guest bedrooms bath so they could shower. Our ice maker was not working & we reported it on the first day. They came out to service it but it was never fixed. The a/c in the bunk room was not working & that was reported as well. TV’s in the bedrooms were not working & it wasn’t until the 3rd day that they came to fix it. We also had to burn candles the whole time due to a musty odor. We provided a list to property management upon check out & was hoping for some kind of compensation for our inconveniences during our stay to no avail. I would not recommend this unit.

Ladies trip

The property appeared clean but a dirty folded qtip was found at bed side table. Considering the room was empty the night before I know the cleaning crew had no reason to rush therefore it is questionable if sanitizing standards are being followed as advertised. The ice machine was not functional and had what looked like mold and it had an odor. I called the management office and the qtip was removed but the ice machine untouched so I do not believe any additional cleaning was actually done. There was a missing coffee pot and I requested one on two occasions but we did not get a pot our entire stay. And the lady negative is the parking policy doesn’t make sense. When the facility is not full there is no reason that adequate parking passes can be provided for large units such as this one. 4 bedrooms will most likely have multiple adults driving multiple vehicles. Supposedly 1 parking pass is included with the rental fee but i was charged $30 for both passes. The management company didn’t address other issues during my stay so by the time I realized the charges I had no confidence that would be handled properly when I no longer in the unit. Now for the positives - there was adequate cookware and plenty of dishes and utensils. One could easily entertain a dozen people. The beds were quite comfortable and plenty of extra linens and pillows. All appliances are high quality so cooking was a breeze. The balcony had a great view. The master jacuzzi tub was comfortable and relaxing.

Got stuck in elevator, multiple fire alarms

First experience staying in this resort. Checked in off site, no instructions on parking given. This place is huge and the parking very confusing. 30 mins after arriving the fire alarm goes off and we have to go down 7 flights of stairs, this happened several times during our week. Our unit 710C was very nice. The sofa needs replaced and the carpet is badly stained, trash under sofa when we arrived., and the tile floors kept our feet black on the bottom.The resort needs some attention paid to it , hot tubs not working, sauna not very hot, missing tile along the laZy river understandably we were there past the End of the season and hopefully that is when things are repaired. We had a great time but this is such a majestic looking resort i would hate for it to fall into disrepair. Shout out to Kevin from Liquid life for getting our fridge repaired and saving our $$$ in groceries. Lastly i was stuck in am elevator and none of the emergency buttons worked, i was able to pry the doors open to get out, I reported it to TWO employees who blew me off and my recommendation of putting an out of order notice on it One of the Beat part- Cobalt Restaurant within walking distance., great food and atmosphere.
