Nice place
It really was a nice place. The only problem was that the jacuzzi did not work and the washing machine sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. Otherwise it was great.

Very beautiful and relaxing
This is one of my favorite properties because of the ammenities. Lazy river, pools, hot tubs, bay with beach and boat slips. The view is amazing.

THERE IS NO SLIDE!!!!
The reason why we booked this room was because of the boat dock that came with the room..... of course after we got down there and the boat in the water, we were not able to pull our boat up because there was a boat already in our boat slip. I called Phoenix on the Bay 2 and they told me since our room was booked through a private customer, I had to contact him. I did and the guy was very rude. Hung up on me. Then sent me a "text" to let me know the boat slip was supposed to be mine. That is all that was done. But Phoenix on the Bay NO LONGER HAS A SLIDE! That would have been nice to know about. Oh and they also no longer have the tubes for the lazy river so if you want to lay around in it, you best bring floats!

The Phoenix Property Manager does not have authority of our units, which is why we provide the 24/7 hotline in the arrival information to report any areas of concern at the property or with your reservation. However, we do not have any record of you contacting us about the boat slip. We also have no record of a “text” sent to your number from anyone at this office. For immediate, and direct, assistance it's always best to call us directly so we can find a solution to the issue immediately. We apologize for the property information not being updated on the slide and floats offered at the amenities. Phoenix on the Bay II has recently decided to replace the water slide with a new water feature coming in 2023. We’d love for you to come back to the property when the new mystery feature is complete! Please let us know next time you book, and we can offer you some type of discount for choosing us again. Thank you!

Not great but not bad.
Two bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. Living area furniture has seen better days. Kitchen was adequate. Patio furniture not comfortable. TV’s are small. Condo nicely decorated. Carpet and rug need cleaning. There were no maintenance issues. Sitting area too small for two adult couples. Probably would not rent again.

As pictured and would rent again.
The condo was as pictured and has a nice view. Beware the location of the condo is the furthest from the parking garage so be prepared for a long walk. There are no smart TVs so if you want to watch anything be sure to bring streaming devises. Also I missed that we had to pay $35 per parking pass so an additional $70 was a little surprise. All in all we would stay there again.

Problems with condo
We enjoyed our stay. Some of the linens on the bed had stains. We had to call someone for the guest bath toilet each day. When we left, it was still not fixed. The jets in the tub in master were not working and when we put water in tub, black stuff came out from around jets. Nasty!

Gulfshore getaway
Nice property on the bay side. Close to the Wharf and the beach. Most restaurants are nearby. The property is nicely decorated. The carpet is dated but, the beds are comfortable. The blinds are an issue and did not provide much privacy but, the balcony with the gulf view is awesome. We were disappointed that we could not fish off the pier as It is being rebuilt from Hurricane Sally debacle. The neighbors were super friendly and welcoming. The lazy river was a big hit after a long day from the beach. All in all, we love this property and we will be back again once the pier is rebuilt. If you have little ones or teenage kids they will definitely love this unit.

Phoenix on the Bay II
The condo was nice and well appointed. The view was awesome. The balcony was large, which was very nice. There was a long couch on the balcony that was nice and comfortable. The lounge chair was cheap and flimsy so you may want to bring your own. There were some blinds missing from the long curtain in the living room. It didn't look good. I'm not sure if anyone can see through the sliding glass doors, but it they can, it can be a privacy issue. Not a big deal, but it needs to be addressed. The king size bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and had a foam topper on it that was nice. My main gripe that I had is the washer. VERY noisy. That definitely needs to be fixed. It does work and will wash your clothes. The jacuzzi tube didn't work. I let them know when they emailed me to check on things. A repair man showed up next day while we were taking showers after a bike ride. I told him we were headed out and didn't have time to stand by while he worked on it. We were going to be there for only another day so we just said forget it. But my wife was disappointed the first night when it didn't work. We spent four nights in the condo. And we were busy during the day each day we were there. But the condo was very nice and the views are great, so it's worth staying there. The management emailed us to make sure everything was going well. We may book again in the future.
