The beach view was perfect, and I never saw the pool so I can’t give a review of it. The room was not as good as I was expecting. It needs updates on cooking utensils, some furniture in dining room and there was issues when we arrived with air in the plumbing and I saw a few water roaches in the kitchen. There was construction/ remodeling on the building right under us and it was loud at times. I feel we should have been told about the construction and at least given the opportunity to stay there or find a different condo. With the plumbing issue, it was handled but it seems like if the condo had been cleaned before we got there the problem would have been found. The hall bathroom had a smell and tissue left in toliet. Overall this could be a beautiful condo with a little tender loving care given to it. It’s hard to use a skillet without a handle and no hot pads available to assist. With all this being said I would still give this condo a good rating and recommend it but would advise it get a few updates checked closely before new tenants arrive each time.
