Escape to the soothing rhythm of the ocean at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club 4708, a picturesque 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo perfectly positioned for a tranquil beach vacation. Located on the 7th floor of Building 4, this delightful Orange Beach condo features a private wrap-around balcony accessible from both the living area and the Primary bedroom—ideal for enjoying breathtaking Gulf views, stunning sunsets, and peaceful coastal breezes. Currently, there is construction ongoing at this complex.

The Primary suite is a serene retreat with a luxurious King bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and flat-screen TV. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the condo also includes a sofa sleeper in the living room, which boasts a 55-inch flat-screen TV and BluRay/DVD player for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops makes meal prep easy, while the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Complex Details & Amenities:
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club provides a perfect blend of relaxation and fun with indoor and outdoor pools, a grilling area with picnic tables, fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, and an indoor heated pool for year-round enjoyment.

Please Note:
The Seaside Beach and Racquet complex is currently undergoing a walkway and balcony coating project. While your condo will remain comfortable and accessible, you may experience construction noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as improvements are made to enhance the property.

Parking:
Limit of 2 passes per stay. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $50 each (cash only).

PLEASE READ - DO NOT STAY HERE. *See photos*If you want a relaxing luxury vacation, this is NOT IT. Balcony flooring not as pictured. NOT WRAP-AROUND. Listing photos are taken to make the space look much bigger than it is. Nice furniture throughout is far too big for the space. No front floor mat for catching sand (duh). Itchy couch, had to put a blanket over it for our stay. Multiple things need maintenance/cleaning. Baseboards VERY dirty and need painted. Caulk needs cleaning in kitchen outside both bathtubs. Black mildew on the (low) ceiling vents of both bathrooms. Black mildew on fridge ice drip trap.Bathroom ceiling low, 6’2” husband nearly touched ceiling when showering.Informed of construction 3 weeks before arrival, balcony railing tarped. Had to ask permission to remove so kids could even see out. Some dishes in cabinet DIRTY on arrival. Excessive dishes, Keurig AND coffee pot. Not necessary and doubtfully cleaned. Very small bathroom doorways - annoying. Dryer vent stuffed with lint below lint trap. Safety risk. We found glasses and bottle not ours under furniture. Did contact host about cleaning issues within 2 hours of arrival. They offered to move rooms but other 2 offered rooms were worse cleaning/space and did not have balcony we paid for. VRBO and Vacation Home Collections failed us on our vacation. Extremely disappointed. Will be requesting cleaning fee refunded as it was not clean. Certain the host will contradict everything I’ve said but do not book.

Confusion

The condo is very nice. Our issue was that there are 3 televisons and none of them get the same channels. We could not find any local news on any of them. There needs to be instructions on the use of all of the remote controllers and how to find channels. The security officers are extremely rude. We had parked in a parked in a marked space when we came back from dinner and the next day when we returned from the beach there was a note on our car to call immediately. They stated that we were not in an approved spot! There was a orange cone in the grass that was not there when we parked and he proceeded to yell at me for parking there!

Beach trip 2024

This was a girls a trip for myself, my friend, my daughter and her friend. The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was cozy a d clean with a great view of the beach. Beach access was wonderful with a decent distance. We enjoyed the pool as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Great!

Great place to stay! We used the pool, sauna, and pickleball courts. The pools were large and never felt overcrowded. Communication with Liquid Life was very easy over text message with prompt responses. The condo was well equipped. The only thing we did not have were extra blankets or bedding. There was no bedding for the pull out couch so the kids ended up using the same room. Not a problem for us and I’m sure it would have been provided if we asked. We would definitely stay again.

The only complaint we have is parking. The parking lot seems to cover 3 different buildings and there was some construction going on so at night finding parking was some what challenging.

Beach vaca

Loved the smaller condo building. Loved the condo. There was a dripping sound which ended up to be the AC unit. I called and left a message with property manager. You could tell it wasn’t a new problem as the wall in the closet was warped. Didn’t effect our visit at all. Just want to make sure you are aware before it gets worse.

Perfect place!

This condo was the perfect amount of space for just my husband and I. Have bc the extra bedroom was nice to put all our stuff or to have brought our daughter to stay in. Everything was clean, close to lots of good places to eat and things to do. The bedroom had a beautiful ocean view and the mirrored walls in the living and bedroom made the space feel bigger. Really enjoyed the area!

Beautiful Condo , Small Issues

We enjoyed our stay 8/23-8/27 ! Beautiful condo . . Only a few complaints . . On our 2nd stay we realized that one of the chairs/bench on the padio was bent in right in the middle . . At first we thought it was suppose to be like that but after further inspection we realized it wasn’t normal and we called and reported it ! They ended up sending somebody to come pick it up . . We enjoyed the out door pool ! The indoor pool how ever really really needs an upgrade . . Paint on the side is peeling off into the pool . . Looks dirty & it’s SUPER hot in there. . The elevators seriously needs fans or something . . It’s way too hot in them !! We had some trouble with the vent in the dryer . . It’s bent and collects the lint yes but it gets all over our clothes and the dryer . . Even after cleaning it out with every use it’s all over the place . . Your clothes , inside the dryer or fall onto the floor when opening the door . . The master bathroom had no trash can but the guest bathroom did . . . During our stay the fire alarm kept going off while we were on the beach . . The head rest on the chairs in the living room is peeling off . . Even though we had some small issues that did NOT effect our trip what so ever ! We seriously enjoyed this condo ! It’s perfect for a beach get away ! The decor is gorgeous!!! The view is beautiful ! ! We brought a lot of our stuff thinking we would need it but The kitchen has everything you would need & much more ! Easy/ Great parking !!!

Orange Beach Seaside Remtal

Condo was nice and clean. Great location. Leather chairs in living room head rest were chipping and would get in your hair or scalp. Bed was too hard in master bedroom. Great decor and view. Get rid of some of the dishes so that guests can put their food in the cabinets. Couple of lap blankets would be nice.

4th of July Fun

Great location, clean place, couple replace the leather on recliner heads and new couch. The bathroom was smaller than I thought. But overall it was a good place to stay. Very fast maintenance request. Thanks!

Overall good, a few problems

We were very comfortable in this condo overall. The main complaint, was that the beds were extremely hard, and not very comfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch, and there were no extra blankets In the unit, so he slept awful the whole time. The dishwasher broke while we were there also. Which they sent someone out to look at it, within a few hours, but the conclusion was that it was broke, and we were without a dishwasher for the entire stay. Also the living room chairs have a lot of wear and tear and need to be replaced. Overall it was a wonderful view and clean condo, but won’t book this unit again because of the beds.

Spring break trip with our daughter. Location, view and accessibility was perfect.

I want to rave about the kitchen options. Anything you would ever need to not only cook with but even to serve. Both coffee pots and kuerig. Gadgets galore!!! The balcony is amazing and we spent a lot of time with coffee and meals enjoying the ocean. The bedrooms are so quaint the mattresses in both room are like laying on bricks So if that is a problem for you bring a topper. The only complaint I have. Easily fixable and you will not find a better place. We loved it and was very sad to leave.
