Clean, spacious, functional, beautiful ocean views

Our property greeted us beautifully with cleanliness, space, views, and functionality. Knowing the square footage ahead of time, we weren’t sure how big the property would feel but it was perfect! We loved having the washer/dryer for quick laundry turnaround, the sliding glass doors for a comfortable breeze and soothing ocean sounds, and a fully loaded kitchen for easy meal prep. Having two bathrooms for a family of 6 (2 grandparents) was a lifesaver! We also appreciated all of the complimentary “starters,” laundry and dishwasher, lotions and shampoos…. any length of stay would require more than what’s provided, but there are stores nearby for quick pickups if you’d rather not pack all items. The toilet paper and paper toweling were scarce (I’m not even sure they provide it or it’s what’s left from previous guests)? That said, be sure to have some handy! Their everyday towels aren’t allowed on the beach so it was nice that we brought our own extras. Checkin was a little wonky but nothing crazy … we expected an automatic code but had to “register” again before arrival. We decided to add on one extra night due to poor weather and that was a breeze! Overall, it was beautiful! I think you would have a hard time disliking this property!!

Nice view and location. Great space for family with teens as they had their own bedroom removed from the main area. Saw dolphins from the balcony on several days. Close walk to the beach. Outdoor pool area was spacious.

Details and service matter

I have stayed in a lot of VROB’s. This is the only bad review I have ever written. Please read because if you are going to spend a lot of money on a beach rental you need to know this. The property is ok. It is nice but also a little run down and dated. The photos make the place look bigger than it really is. The bathrooms are small. The positive is the water pressure is wonderful. The beds are TERRIBLE! There are three rooms, and no one liked their bed. The master bed was so hard I could not sleep on it. I went and got a room at the Hampton Inn .2 miles away, so I could sleep on my vacation. My wife did not like it but could “stand it”, so we did not leave the kids alone. I complained, I tried to reach out and see if we could cancel the reservation and all go to the hotel. The rental company that manages everything did nothing except text me offing a maintenance crew. What can they do? If they are not going to change out the bed, then what is the point of that? They said they would reach out to the owner, but nothing came of it. Another way to pass it off as “it’s not my problem” and they are never going to do anything about it. There is a 55 plus tax of about 10 (Around 65) fee for an extra parking pass. Your rental comes with one, but we were charged for two. I complained about it to the rental company, and they said they would investigate it. I still have not received my refund. I have asked twice, and the rental company has not offered to pay me back yet. I think

Relaxing cozy condo!

We enjoyed the location and amenities at this property very much. It was nicely decorated and easy to check into. The walk to the beach is easy. Also both pools on the property were nicely kept and we felt very safe in this location.

Misinformed about amenities

We were not informed at the very beginning of the booking that the outdoor pool, hot tubs and that our balcony was not going to be able to enjoy at all during our stay. Those facts should have been relayed up front instead of buried in the fine print of a several page email. Very disappointed with LIQUID LIFE MANAGEMENT.

Do not stay here if constitutes still going on

We arrived and to our dismay the balcony had a sign on it that it was closed. We reached out to the rental company and they said they had no idea and would put a call in to the HOA. We never received a call back in regards to this issue. We notified them that the condo did not appear to be cleaned properly; there was crumbs and rice on the counters and floor did not appear to have been mopped. While cooking the first night a baby roach came out on the counter and a short time later we found another in the bathroom. The rental company was notified and they sent the maid out the next day but she only stayed 10 minutes and we are not sure what they even did. The first morning we were awoken at 8:00am sharp with drilling right off our balcony, men on scaffolding waving at us as they drilled into the cement and metal bars of the balcony. We went to the rental office and was told we should have called to cancel when we received the email that the pool would be closed and some construction was happening but this email was received after the deadline to cancel had already passed. We were told to leave the rental office because there was nothing they could do for us. Every morning the work crews began drilling right off our balcony at 8am and did not stop until 5pm. The walkway to the beach was covered in orange construction netting and the path was no bigger then one person wide. By the last day of our stay the whole first floor balconies were being supported by metal poles. We questioned the safety of the building as a whole and felt very unsafe the last night there. The noise was unbearable and registered above safe limits, in the dangerous to hearing level. We reached out to the rental company several times but the answer was always that they couldn’t do anything. Do not stay here until construction is finished! The trip was stressful, noisy, and we were concerned for our safety. If construction is completed you might want to reconsider this unit also because of the cleanliness aspect. Our stay here was very disappointing but we did try to make the most of it.

July Family Trip

The condo was basically as described. Balcony was nice and spacious. Bedroom furniture/decorations were basic / no frills. Condo building / facilities were under major construction, causing detours and dirty environments. Grills were very dirty and hardly able to be used. Acceptable place with no frills.

Fun on the Beach

Fantastic stay on Orange Beach. The condo is in a great location and the family really enjoyed the beach and pool. The beach chair and umbrella rental companies did take up a lot of space on the beach, but we were always able to find a spot.

Sweet 16 Girls’ Trip

We went to Orange Beach to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. The condo was great for our needs. The only negative was that I felt it should have been cleaner. I had to clean the cabinet next to the toilet in the master bathroom. One other thing was the amount of washcloths provided. There were 4 washcloths in the entire condo! (There were 7 of us.) Everything else was great. Very close to the pool and beach, ocean view, shopping and restaurants were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Scary Dirty Entrance

Not impressed with the entrance, thank goodness inside was somewhat better. Bleach smell was so strong it made me sick. Told condo inspector there was toilet paper remnants laying in front of the door when I checked in, she stepped right over it and left it there when she left. Fan in master bath did not work, water stains were all over mirrored wall in dining room, appeared to have leaking from the condo above. Chain broke off ceiling fan light in bedroom #2 so it was hard to sleep with fan on and light off as we couldn't reach the chain. Dining room table had not been wiped down and had sand all over it (couldn't see, but could feel); under the cabinet lights in kitchen, 2 of 4 of them were out and the kitchen was dark anyway. I will not stay there again.

Great place!!!

Great place to stay at. Just as described. Only negative the floors were super dirty…my guess only swept and not washed. Our feet were super dirty just after few minutes Of walking around. Other than that everything was wonderful. We will def stay here again:)

Good property. Accurately described.

Overall this was a great property. When we arrived the condo had not been properly cleaned. We spent the first two hours cleaning the entire unit. With that said, when I contacted the rental agency they quickly responded that they were more than happy to send a cleaning service over again. At that point we had already clean the property so it Wasn’t necessary. Now for the positives; the pictures that are listed are accurately shown and the condo is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect space even if you were entertaining an entire family. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you would need. I was really impressed with a lot of the kitchen amenities as they were things you would not generally find in a condo. Great location, stunning view with a huge balcony. Despite the lack of cleanliness I would still recommend this condo. I have rented a lot of houses and condos and this one was really incredible. Check in was also super simple and the rental company was very communicative.

Great access to beach, quaint med sized complex too

We had folks from age 1-64 here. Lots of different schedules and itineraries. Overall great! Smaller complex gives quick access to beach, elevator/unit/parking lot & less folks in “your” beach area! Pool was nice too. Stayed on 3rd floor so had nice elevated view but close to ground floor for easy access. Unit was well equipped, however built-in microwave didn’t work (maint. guy said they already knew it wasn’t working 😕!) They brought us a small “Dorm” style one which had to sit on the limited counter space. Fridge didn’t keep items very cold. A/C worked fine. Cabinets were well stocked with kitchen needs but that left only countertop space for pantry items (no separate pantry, so we used the overhead shelving above the W/D space) Kitchen was tight for 6 adults & 2 under 2. No more than 2 in there cooking or whatever at a time. Master bed was too firm. Other beds were older and uncomfortable. Each bathroom had 4 towels and 2 washcloths. Should have had more but we washed (and had brought extra). Complex usually issues 2 passes (for a fee) but due to slow slow repairs from Sept 2020 hurricane, about 20 slots were taken by large storage containers and/or construction workers’ vehicles so we got only one spot.
