Good communication and appreciated the interactive website with all the information. The views from the condo were amazing - from every room you could see the beach! The property is showing a bit of its age (not the condo itself, which was immaculate). The indoor pool was very small and the heater didn't work well once they turned it on. One of the elevators didn't always work the best. There was no key provided for the gym; you had to find the gate guard to open it up. The pier and beach were very nice, though. While we loved the condo, our family probably wouldn't stay here in the winter again due to the limited amenities (cold indoor pool and no hot tub). If you don't need those things, though, don't pass this one up! Watching the sunrise from bed every morning was perfection!!

There Are No Words- It Is THAT Great!!!!

My family and I needed a get away from the stress and craziness of our life at home and work. We needed to escape and to leave every problem and issue behind us and to go somewhere that it all would not follow us. We found EXACTLY that. I truly do not have enough words to say about how truly amazing, breathtaking, and relaxing this condo is. The views are remarkable, the rooms are beautiful and perfect for a family of 7. We had so much space and were not on top of one another. The balcony, OH the balcony. I never wanted to leave. It is huge and absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget or utensil you would need. We cooked all of our meals in the condo and never once needed something that was not right there at our finger tips. Again, the views are just beyond words. The parking was so simple, check in could not have been simpler and the Agent’s communication was flawless. The Pier, OH MY GOSH! You will not believe it until you experience it. Truly unique and relaxing. When it was time to leave, my children literally began to cry and beg us to let them stay for another day, week, or forever. They were willing to leave their friends and lives back home to live in this beautiful place. I can’t say that my wife and I were not tempted to agree! Book this condo for your family vacation. You will NOT be disappointed. I promise you!!!We WILL be back and we will do everything we can to stay right back here at this condo as it is heaven on earth!!!

Amazing!!

This place was simply amazing! Very clean, major beach vibes. Top floor of the four seasons, stunning views, beach not crowded like it is with most other condos. Perfect location. Loved having access to the pier. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would have loved to have a grill on the property but that’s not a deal breaker. Would love to stay again!!!

Four seasons aquarium

We love these complexes!! Having the pier was absolutely wonderful and we saw so much sea life, pretty amazing! The condo was exceptionally clean, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a place so clean.

Spacious & Relaxing

Amazing view of the Gulf, spacious accommodations, and a great fishing pier. There is no better place we've stayed in the 10 years of coming to Orange Beach. We had a larger group this time, and this place was well suited. So hard to leave!

Great condo and location

Our family loved this condo. Great spot on the beach and the private pier is a lot of fun. The condo was very clean and the 3 bedrooms were a perfect fit for our party. Kitchen and living room were spacious and great for family hangout time and games. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. We saw quite a few dolphins from our condo. The property managers were proactive in communicating and made the whole process of check in and out super easy. I would definitely stay here again. Parking at the condo was the only issue. Only one parking pass was allowed due to some construction but it looked like that was going to be complete soon. Overall a really great condo.

would definitely stay in this location again. Everything was perfect, other than some bother with entrance to building and parking being blocked due to equipment & staging for roof repairs, but that was expected in the month of February.

Orange Beach July 2021

The property needs some updating. Getting on the elevators was unpleasant as it was not cleaned or updated or serviced in over a year. The unit was nice, but would liked to see less of the owners all over the walls. Both pools needs to be updated as well as seating around the pool. Proximity to the beach was good. Probably won’t staying here again. But I did enjoy Orange Beach!

Four Seasons

We love staying at Four Seasons and this visit was no different. Outdoor and indoor pools, wonderful beach, great work out room, and a fishing pier like no other are just a few of the amenities. Our only “not so great” moment was realizing that a condo that sleeps 8 only had one parking pass. Liquid Life was quick to give us other options and it turned out ok but we had to purchase parking passes and do a lot of going back and forth due to car seats for the children, etc. Even with that inconvenience, it was still a wonderful week. We’ve been staying at Four Seasons since our kids were 6th graders and they are almost 35 with children of their own. We had four generations of our family - from 23 months to almost 96!!! We plan to stay again and again!!

amazing view in luxury

Luxury condo with great view. perfect for a family stay. We used the pier every day for fishing. Easy check-in process. Sparkling clean upon arrival. Perfect location to get to restaurants.

Inconvenience

The condo was very nice and clean but upon check in we were suppose to have 2 parking passes and once we got there we were informed we could only have one which was a huge inconvenience for is because we had a total of 9 people and 2 vehicles. We had to park our second vehicle 4 miles away from where the condo was the was a huge inconvenience and we weren't notified about this until our arrival.

Condo was decent, restricted amenities not disclosed beforehand

The condo itself was fine considering the mess that region has been thru in the last 6 months. But before we get into the review of the unit... Our main issue was that the fun perks of staying in the Four Seasons were unavailable. This would be forgiveable, had any notice been given beforehand. If the pier is closed long-term for hurricane repairs, that should be stated in the listing. If the indoor pool is closed for ... whatever reason, that should also be communicated to us. We were unaware of either issue until after we arrived. We book this condo every year because the boys like walking out on the pier to watch for dolphins and fish, and the indoor pool is a must when it's too cold outside to enjoy the gulf waters. Without these amenities, we can get the same gulf experience anywhere else in O.B. As far as the unit itself, we were mostly pleased. Great balcony views, all the furniture was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances you would need. However, and this is possibly due to covid restrictions, there were a few things we felt were lacking. Small things, like no extra toilet paper rolls, zero coffee filters and hand soaps. We had to visit Walmart right away to grab these supplies, which we wanted to avoid doing entirely. So that's something to keep in mind. Another reviewer complained that an oar jumped off the wall above their bed because it was attached with velcro. That issue has not been resolved, although the oar stayed in place while we were there. Washer and dryer are small and basic, but worked pretty well. The restrooms were all pretty clean. Craftsmanship of tile and trim areas was hotel-quality, but I would call it sub-par for longer-term accommodations. It's possible there was a mad dash to get the units rent-ready after the hurricane, and this is just a result of that, so nothing too worrisome. Our rental company, beyond lack of warning about closed amenities, was terrific to work with. Their office was super easy to find, and a three-minute interaction had us on our way back out to the condo. Entry was via keyless code, which is probably for the best right now. Overall, I'm giving it 4 stars based solely on the quality of the unit itself. The availability of the condo amenities is beyond the scope of my rating, but definitely worth looking into before you book. The price was good and the booking experience was great. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again once everything is back to normal.

Loved our place

It was the best condo we have ever stayed in. The signs, pictures, quality of the furnishings and was tastefully done. It had so many extras. Playing cards and games, funny signs and the art work was perfect for the beach. We loved the pier. The balcony was perfect and the grounds were perfect. We will stay again!

Wonderful

I loved everything about this property and this unit. The unit was huge and designed to where everyone had their own space and privacy. The balcony was amazing. As far as the property, it was well-maintained with security at all times. We picked this property because of the pier and it did not disappoint. The property is also in a great location. We will come again.
