NEWLY RENOVATED DECEMBER 2020 – new paint throughout, new lvp flooring, new light fixtures/smart fans/lamps, new plumbing fixtures, new rug, new coffee tables (inside and out), all new artwork, new black out drapes/shades, new tile above showers walls, new appliances, SO MANY NEW AMENITIES! Come and enjoy a nice, relaxing stay with us!

Living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a spectacular PANORAMIC view of the Gulf. Counters are granite throughout. Also, THERE ARE FOUR (4) FLATSCREEN TVS for your enjoyment with direct tv and internet provided.

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances: Double Ovens, Double Door refrigerator with bottom freezer with icemaker/water dispenser on door, new dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Mini Keurig and fullsize coffeemaker, etc. There is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and a dining table with seating for 6. Enjoy eating by the floor to ceiling wrap around windows and sliders.

Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with Seahorse and Coral artwork and also includes a club chair and new table lamp for enjoying a good book - Master Bath has a tub/shower combination with new tile above the shower and new handheld showerhead.

Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size beds and relaxing nautical artwork.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and realistic coral artwork with a floor mirror and side chair.

Hall Bath has a tub/shower combination with new tile above the shower and new handheld showerhead

EAST ORANGE BEACH IS AN EXCELLENT LOCATION! We have a crossing light, and restaurants/shops within walking distance, SAN ROC CAY across the street, THE GULF restaurant three buildings over towards the bridge and the Perdido Beach Resort next door, with its restaurants and 4th of July fireworks!




**Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.**

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Work stay

Booked this condo for myself & 2 coworkers due to conference hotel being sold out. Condo had a great view of the pool and beach, and lots of space for us.Check-in was seamless; since we all were arriving at different times, the digital keypad entry made this easy for us.Communication was great from property management.Definitely will book again, for both personal and work stays!

As potential to be nice, but not worth the money

Check in- super easy & pools are nice. Pictures are misleading of the room. It was barely spot cleaned. The couch and rug are nasty and need replaced, tub in the master bath wouldn’t drain, there is mold on the ceiling in the small bathroom, it appeared a previous guest had a pet in there, there was dog hair on the furniture, & crumbs from left all over the kitchen. I emailed & sent a message through VBRO within 30 mins of check in, along w/ pictures. Finally heard back from them on Tuesday afternoon. At that point I was half way done with my stay, & bought cleaning supplies to clean myself. Brett Robinson did apologize and refunded the cleaning fee. Then, we received an email that an insurance co would be on site that week inspecting the property. No mention that they would be in your room alone. I asked the ins men if they would need to be in my room, when I saw them. They said no. When I arrived back at my room later that day there were 4 men in there, with all our belongings alone. We had all our cash, cards, medicine, etc in there. I called the front desk upset. I was told sorry, they have permission to be in there. I asked them to change my door code after they were done. They did, but they were given the new door code again the next day to enter AGAIN without warning or permission. They were also flying drones looking in windows. This was a terrible experience and this room is over priced for what it is. Save your money and skip this condo!

Orange Beach family getaway

Loved everything about our stay. The check in process was a breeze. The condo was very clean and we loved the decor. We loved that was close to some of our fave places in orange beach, including The Gulf, Cobalt, Flora Bama, Adventure Island, City Donut, not to mention also super close to necessities like Publix and Starbucks, Would recommend 10/10. This place was perfect for us and our two ten year olds.

Great property for a vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. There was an issue with the tubs not draining and I’m not sure how the cleaning crew missed this but the maintenance crew was able to fix it after a couple of days. Overall the place was great and we’d definitely stay there again!

Orange Beach Perfection

We were very pleased with our entire stay. This condo looks exactly as advertised. Very clean, new / beachy tasteful decor & accommodating. Plenty of parking. Right on the beach. Excellent views. Most importantly I was worried about wait times on elevators (since I’ve heard from friends in other high rises) that have had to wait forever on the elevator. We got on & off numerous times each day without ever having to wait. The beach was perfect. Not overcrowded. Location to restaurants were quick & easy too. We will definitely be going back ! Thank you

Short and sweet family beach trip

We had a terrific time and really appreciated all the amenities that were included in the unit. With 3 small children all on different sleep schedules it was nice to have the bedroom layout we did and a fully stocked kitchen for making meals “at home”. We would love to go back again!

Wonder clean condo

We stayed 3 nights at the condo and it was great! The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable beds! There was toilet paper, 3 trash bags, dishwasher pac, paper towel, and sponge as a welcome package. Also had a blow dryer for usage. TIP: go to the local dollar general and get yourself some beach chairs, spices, and beach towels as those are not provided. Beach chairs with umbrella can be rented at the beach for $40/day. Pools are not heated but that was okay as we were there for the ocean anyways. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. We had a great stay and would definitely like to stay at this unit again!
