Welcome to A’Dreamin! This spacious one-level 3BR/2BA condo is located in the Key West inspired Orange Beach Villas at Twin Lakes complex. Spend lazy afternoons lounging on a screened porch, replete with a charcoal grill for barbecuing.

Community amenities include a pool, fishing ponds, and a peaceful gazebo. Conveniently located, this property is 1 walkable mile from the Orange Beach Sportsplex and just 4 miles from Orange Beach.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in a roomy open living area and watch a movie on the 55” flat-screen TV. Up to six guests can sit comfortably on a cushy couch, love seat, and armchair.

KITCHEN & DINING

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook up your favorite recipes. Black granite countertops provide ample space for food preparation. There’s plenty of storage, and a full suite of appliances includes a dishwasher and an electric range. When you’re ready to serve, gather at the dining table set for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Located on the ground floor, this condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.

In the tranquil master suite, you’ll find a king-size bed, a 49” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV.

The guest bathroom, fully stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and bathroom amenities, includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the screened porch. There’s a charcoal grill for barbecuing, and three intimate tables for two seat up to six guests.

Enjoy access to the communal pool, a gazebo, and fishing ponds.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer. Designated outdoor parking for two vehicles. RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site.


This is a pet-friendly unit (dogs under 50 pounds ). All pets must be leashed when outside. Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool common area. Please keep the community pristine and pick up after your fur baby. Be mindful of neighbors and keep barking to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Violators will be asked to board their pet if barking is excessive or there are noise complaints.
This property has a strict pet policy and those not in compliance will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

Due to HOA requirements, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.

Drive 2 miles to the Wharf at Orange Beach, a family-friendly shopping, dining, and entertainment district. Attractions include arcades, theaters, mini-golf, ziplining, a marina, an amphitheater, and one of the tallest Ferris Wheels on the Gulf Coast. Don’t miss the Spectra Sound & Light Spectacular!

Ready to hit the beach? Public beach access point Cotton Bayou is a 5-mile drive or just a bit further is sister beach Gulf Shores main access at the Hangout Restaurant .

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
