Welcome to "THE OCEAN AIRE" SILVER BEACH UNIT 202. This unit is direct Gulf front and offers a direct beach view. Silver Beach is the only complex in Orange Beach that is pet-friendly and direct beachfront.

Pet Friendly- One pet, 40 pounds or less, is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet, 40 pounds or less, can be added after Labor Day until Memorial Day upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. Please note that the HOA rules are from Memorial Day to Labor Day 1 pet 40 pounds or less is allowed. Labor Day until Memorial Day 2 pets 40 pounds or less are allowed. This is a HOA rule so we cannot alter this policy. Orange Beach does not allow pets on the beach.

"THE OCEAN AIRE" is a 2 bed/2 bath condo and is paradise on earth and features an open dining and living area. Breathe in the salty air and take in panoramic views of the Gulf from your own private balcony that is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset on the beach front balcony it's the perfect spot to soak in the sights and sounds of the beach.

You will feel relaxed the moment you step foot in Silver Beach 202! The master suite offers a king bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a smart tv, an ensuite bathroom, direct balcony access and one of the best views in all of Orange Beach!

The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed and a trundle bed for some flexibility!

The living room offers ample seating with a leather sleeper sofa, 2 leather chairs, wall-mounted smart tv, direct balcony access and an AMAZING view!

"THE OCEAN AIRE" offers tile flooring throughout, 2 bathrooms and a stacked washer/dryer in the unit so you won't have to worry about running out of clean laundry during your stay.

On site you can take a swim in the community pool or grill out in the outdoor BBQ area. If shopping is what you're looking for this unit is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and attractions, it's the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate with family or friends.

Orange Beach is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the unit balcony! Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the complex
3. Dog Friendly- One pet 40 pounds or less is allowed Memorial Day until Labor Day and is included with a reservation. After Labor Day until Memorial Day a 2nd pet 40 pounds or less can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Parking Pass: You will receive an email from the Homeowners Association (HOA) for vehicle registration and to purchase your parking pass. Silver Beach limits units to 1 parking pass.

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
