I'm so sorry to hear that the closest elevator was having maintenance work on it, and that is one reason there are two elevators for use. The location of our condo building being on the beach and stepping out into the pool area, Sugar Shack drinks & food, and then a few steps on the boardwalk onto the beautiful beach! Thanks for recommending our place, and recognizing that we keep our rates consistently lower so that everyone can enjoy an awesome beach vacation.

Portia, We are very glad that you enjoyed the beach, pools, restaurants, and close proximity to everywhere from our condo building. The detailed description of our condo is true and accurately states that our unit is a Studio, with all of our numerous pictures reflecting this information. The furniture in our condo is wicker that is not old and is appropriate for a beach condo. We are meticulous about the cleanliness and condition of our unit. There are also two elevators for use in the building. I'm sorry you felt a need to write all of.this in a review, after you repeatedly added more guests to your stay and I accommodated you. Our condo is exactly as is pictured in our VRBO listing, and we take pride in the appearance and cleaning. One of the most difficult items of pleasing guests is with the comfort of the bed. We have memory foam toppers on all of our beds and have rave reviews on the comfort level! We are glad your overall experience was good. Our pictures are all very clear, with captions, and we even state under our balcony picture that it is a side view of the beach from the balcony. I'm very sorry you missed this information. We love our condo with the complex being beachside, with parking underneath in shade, a fantastic little Sugar Shack with food, drinks, and other items, AND just steps out of the building past the pools onto the beautiful white beach. Couldn't ask for more than that! Especially with our low rates!

James, We apologized that my housekeeper had an emergency and was running late. She was on her way when you stated you did not want her to come clean it. This was the first time anything like this has happened. Your cleaning fee was immediately refunded, and you were given access to all cleaning supplies you needed. Our kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We always strive for a 5 star experience and we are sorry you felt your was not. God bless.

Sherri, We appreciate your comments and want to say that the Sugar Beach complex is one of the longest, well built complexes on the beach. It is a lower density, with less crowds in our beach area, a very desirable area, and rates much lower than the newer high rise complexes in this area. We have Many return guests because they love our little condo, and the complex which offers 4 pools, and The Sugar Shack, that serves food, drinks, daiquiris, beer, and small beach items.
